They were quick with the response and very professional

They were quick with the response and very professional after they he was able to answer all of our questions we actually drove the 150 miles and purchased the vehicle, our sale person steve was great

We bought a used 2018 Suburban forester for my daughter's

We bought a used 2018 Suburban forester for my daughter's first car. She was away at school when my husband and I first viewed the car. Kyle was kind enough to fill the car with gas and allowed us to take the car over 120 miles to her so she can feel that she was part of the decision-making process. Kyle was a true professional who in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy. We truly appreciated the experience and we will definitely seek his services in the future.

Nice amenities

Very good service department

I had a very nice experience will waiting for my wife's car in service. She was not able to take it into service and she told me how nice everyone is at this dealership. She was correct. I was treated very well and they kept me in the loop every step of the way and her car was being worked on.

Bought a used XC60in 2021, the sales lady was nice, did

Bought a used XC60in 2021, the sales lady was nice, did not show my girlfriend how to work anything on/or in the suv. We had to immediately. Get gas cause it was on E, we kept having issues with the XC60 that fell on def ears! We were always told everything is fine with it! This past April it just lock itself down completely. Had it towed by Volvo to Farmington hills where we bought it, they had no idea it was there for 3 days! As both of us called them the next day to see how long it would be till they could look at it. They said may 1st, we had to get a rental car cause they had nothing to give her to drive. Almost 900$ on a rental car for 13 days. Called them for reimbursement they gave us half back on a factory warranty problem. Never again will we look at another Volvo! Never had an issue with Subaru or Chevy for a rental! Worst dealership ever!!!
