Absolutely Incredible Service!!!!!!

This is the first time I have ever written a review on any website. The service I received at Royal Auto Group - Audi of San Francisco was first class. Although I dealt with Chris (who is an absolute rock star), their entire staff is incredibly professional. They give you honest feedback and keep you in the loop on all happenings. I have been to the shop 5 or 6 times now and have never been disappointed in the slightest - hence the reason I feel so compelled to write a review. I would absolutely recommend this shop to any and all friends of mine!

Best Audi Service Team in the Bay Area

I have been taking my A6 to Royal Motors for everything from my scheduled maintenances, brakes, wiper blades etc. I have always gotten excellent service and never really had any issues. Recently, I noticed that the check oil light would come on more often than not. I took my car into Royal Motors to diagnose the issue. After a few days, Chris Sung, my service advisor, gave me the bad news - I needed a new engine. My car was 7.5 yrs old with 55k miles - and no warranty. I was faced with either getting a new engine or buying a new car (both of which would cost me north of $20k). Long story short, Chris Sung and Dave Barron contacted Audi Corporate to see if they would be able to participate in any type of goodwill/cost sharing pending the root cause of the problem. While there were no guarantees, after reviewing my case, they were willing to work with me. Once Royal Motors took apart my engine, they found the issue and a decision was made to get a new engine. Audi Corporate also agreed to pick up a SIGNIFICANT portion of the cost of a new engine/labor. Chris put me in a loaner while we waited for my new engine to arrive, and after almost two months, I finally have my car back, along with a new warranty on my new engine. Not only that, but my car was detailed and the floor mats were cleaned when I got my car. During the entire time, Chris and Dave kept me apprised of what was going on. The level of service I received throughout the entire experience exceeded my expectations and I am truly grateful to the Royal Motors Service Team for saving my car and also advocating to Audi Corporate on my behalf. While I won't be in the market for a new car anytime soon, when I'm ready, it will certainly be another Audi. On that note, the final thing I will say is that loyalty has its rewards. My service history from day one has always been with Audi, and that played a huge part in my final outcome. This team values their relationship with their clients and they stand by their products. Thank you so much!!

Best in the bay area!

I worked with Morgan today, very helpful! Didn't feel pressured at all and felt like he had my best interests in mind and truly wanted to accommodate my preferences. Wouldn't buy from anyone else.

Professional and Timely Service At Royal

Chris and Frank are the best! I always receive professional and prompt service for any and all needs when I visit Royal Motors service for my Audi. I have purchased 4 Audi's over the years from Royal Motors and they continue to get better. I recommend this dealer and the service department highly.

Great Service

Went in for routine service and was greeted by Frank Santos. I had worries about going to the dealer with my RS4 as it's my baby. Frank ensured me they would take care of it. When they were done working on it, Frank gave me a call and let me know all is well. Went in after work and was out of there in minutes. Simple and easy visit. I wish all dealerships were like this one. Frank Santos is great.

Customer Service

Frank Santos gave great customer service when I needed my car fixed. There were some hiccups in the parts ordering process that were not his fault but he jumped in and solved the problem. He was great to work with.
