My cat has been in the shop since Monday.

My cat has been in the shop since Monday. I have not heard from anyone since Tuesday. Today alone I have spent > 20 minutes in hold and was transferred to voice mail 3 times. I have tried to text with no luck. Horrible customer service

I wanted three trucks salesman could only find one at

I wanted three trucks salesman could only find one at this time I bought that truck then asked for two more in the same condition and same year. The dealer would not budge on the prices that were approximately 10% more than what I paid for the first truck.

After buying my Escape I swore I would never go to Corwin again but they let me preorder a MaverickMy advice to anyone buying a new Ford I would not recommend Corwin. There is no good feeling about being lied to to leave a bad taste. I will not ever use Corwin for service except for warranty servic

I was very pleased with Doug.

I was very pleased with Doug. He was very responsive and kept me informed the whole time. There were some timing issues and we had to bring the Expedition back in due to a coolant leak from the repair. Doug kept me in the loop and pushed to get the repair completed. I would highly recommend working with Doug.

Have a great experience with service.

Have a great experience with service. Except almost never get a person to answer my calls! Have talked to friends who have the same experience! Management needs to take a close look at this! Many of us have come to think Corwin is the only Ford dealer in the Tri city’s😵‍💫
