TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Not sure how this dealership has such high ratings, other than buying loads of fake reviews. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Do not come to this dealership thinking that "maybe those bad reviews are limited and my service will be great." You will be sorely mistaken. I found a truck that I wanted to purchase from Wells, scheduled a test drive, and showed up the next morning to find the truck waiting for me. Pleasant experience so far, however, before starting the test drive, I noticed a puddle of coolant, which was leaking from the upper radiator hose. I made a mental note and turned on the truck to find an Adaptive Steering Fault light up on the dash. The rest of the test drive went well, so I returned to the dealer to let them know about the issues I found, and to express my interest in purchasing the truck if the repairs were made beforehand. My salesperson told me that we could start the purchasing paperwork so that they would hold the truck for me. Given the poor KBB dealer reviews, I was skeptical and told them I wanted the truck, but did not feel comfortable selling them my trade in and leaving on the "promise" that the work would be performed. The finance rep that I was working with asked if I would feel comfortable putting down a small deposit on the truck, to let them know I was serious about the purchase, and that with my deposit, the work would be started, I would be informed every step of the way, and could come back in upon completion of the repairs to purchase the truck. After making the deposit and leaving the dealership for the day, I never received any communication from Wells. I was able to reach their service department through their main line, and the lead tech told me on 4-15 that the last remaining repair part had arrived at the shop and was being installed, and that I should get a call by end of day. I never got that call. Instead, the truck got marked down $2000 on their website inexplicably, and this morning the truck was sold. Not quite sure what my deposit was for then. I reached back out to the dealership about reclaiming my deposit, and they have now gone radio silent on me. Complete joke of a dealership. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. THIS IS THE STEREOTYPICAL DEFINITION OF A SHADY USED-CAR DEALERSHIP.

Thanks to everyone's bad reviews, I was going to go to

Thanks to everyone's bad reviews, I was going to go to this dealer to purchase a vehicle I saw but as a result of the reviews, I refuse to deal with any nitemares. All the bad reviews do have a lot in common, the dealer refuses to acknowledge any fault, selling bad, or disfunctional vehicles that may possibly not even pass inspection deserves to be reported for selling lemon vehicles. There is a Lemon Law.

I don't know how they sell vehicles.

I don't know how they sell vehicles. Very unprofessional attitude and this is a place where consumers are deceived.

Buyers beware and just know it’s against the law to be

Buyers beware and just know it’s against the law to be told you have to buy a warranty to purchase a car from them, no you don’t, it is very much against the law to be told you have to but warranty or protection plan or gap, also our attorney advised us the arbitration they have you sign before the contract - well guess you DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN THAT EITHER TO BUY A CAR, yeah we didn’t know just like a lot of other people didn’t. Watch your paper work they will charge fees that you tell them you don’t want and charge fees that are false. I have recorded phone conversations and emails and messages where I was offered 40k plus my pay off of 8k they took the pay off out of my 40k they charged me two for warranty because I bought two vehicles and mind you neither added up to 40k at all, and they charged 2500 two times in accessories fees which we had none, plus delivery fees twice and was not delivered, just look at your contract I bet you will see stuff you didn’t notice. They don’t return calls and lie when you do actually get to speak with them, it’s a good thing I recorded the conversation, thank goodness for attorneys , I tried for months to get them to refund my money back to me, they stuck me with a 13 k note and there should have been a note period my car was 14k the truck was 24k where is the rest of the money at thief’s, google the BBB and other reviews the reviews on there website must be fake to get customers to come in.

Do NOT Buy From Wells Auto Group (WAG) My wife and I

Do NOT Buy From Wells Auto Group (WAG) My wife and I purchased a vehicle from WAG on March 12, working with Justin Conway. We were told the car was being inspected and detailed, and waited in the lobby until it was ready. On the test drive, we were taken on a short, pre-determined route (four right turns around the dealership). Shortly after buying the car, we noticed a metal-on-metal scraping sound when turning the steering wheel hard to the left - the test drive route makes sense now. We brought it to Honda of Burleson for service, who confirmed the car had pre-existing damage to the control arms, bearings, and brake rotor. The vehicle has been there for nearly a week, waiting for service. The photos we received from Honda clearly show a gouged brake rotor—something that any proper inspection would have caught, since brake components are a basic part of every safety inspection. That leaves us with two possibilities: the car was never inspected, or the inspection was done negligently or dishonestly. Since discovering the issue, I’ve contacted multiple people at WAG. I’ve been polite and reasonable in requesting that WAG cover the repairs, which our “bumper to bumper” warranty specifically excludes (pre-existing issue exception). I’ve been ignored. I’ve called, emailed, and waited over an hour and fifteen minutes on hold to speak with a sales manager—who never answered. Justin mentioned that WAG might buy the car back, but not at the price we paid just a few weeks ago. After all of this, I’m told by another salesman that the General Manager will contact me. Hours go by with no contact, so I call again and am transferred to Shaun who claims to be a sales manager. It’s then that I realized I’ve already talked to Shaun over the phone without knowing he was a sales manager. He pretends like this is the first he’s heard of the issue despite having talked to me over the phone, having received emails from me, and despite his staff claiming to have “forwarded [my] messages to a manager”. It gets better, AFTER introducing himself as a sales manager, Shaun reveals later on the call that he is actually the General Manager. Makes sense, I would want to hide the fact that I was the GM of WAG too. He proceeds to tell me he doesn’t have the authority to buy the vehicle back - even though in the same minute of telling me this he claims he buys 600+ cars a month. What started as a polite request for the dealer to make things right by covering pre-existing damage found in less than a month of ownership is now going to end up being a lawsuit. I’ve gathered enough information to take legal action. That is what we are going to do. Save yourself the trouble, stay away from Wells Auto Group.

Incredibly dishonest and shady people.

Incredibly dishonest and shady people. They lie constantly and have cause our family so much stress. They sell lemons. We paid for a service warranty, when we brought our car in to get “fixed” they just turned the lights off and didn’t fix anything in the car. Never buy a car here.

Buyer Beware—this dealer is very sneaky.

Buyer Beware—this dealer is very sneaky. They are great at putting lipstick on a pig. They sold me a car with multiple problems, including wires disconnected to lighting , windshield wipers and faulty/cracked brake disks. They even spray-painted the inside of the vehicle to make it look good in the pictures, which we could still smell when delivered (it also came off on our clothes). In addition, they didn't fix some things as promised before delivery. They carefully took pictures NOT to show missing bumper parts and hail damage. Run. There are other, more honest dealerships in town.

Don’t bother even trying.

Don’t bother even trying. Do not do business they leave you hanging and Manager is in responsive. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had cash to buy but they are not interested. Contacted the dealer through add on Auto Trader. Got immediate response that they were closed but would contact me when open next day. I made it clear that I was 3 hours away so want to make deal before I drive there. Went down hill from there. Next day got contacted by Jordan. Who was not the same person who originally answered. Made is clear again was 3hr away. So started to deal with him. Sent him info on trade to include pictures of vin and mileage. He text back with what is vin and mileage. Took hours to get me an offer on my trade. I started to try to negotiate but he said no. Can not do over the phone. I ask to talk to manager was sent to voicemail. Then was contacted by My who stated she was my assigned salesperson. She said she would check on what was going on but never heard back. During the time i was waiting for Jordan I contacted the original texter sales Jerry and she said that was an AI name but would have the manager contact me 7hours later no one has contacted me.

Sales’s guy was easy to contact when it was the sale once

Sales’s guy was easy to contact when it was the sale once he had the deal. It became very difficult to get a hold of him. Had the truck less than 30 days there’s already a wish issue the front right axle that they should’ve caught easily but you don’t recognize unless you’re turning. It’s almost been 30 days. I still don’t have Title just not overall great treatment.
