Tri State Auto Center

I purchased my 2010 Chevrolet 1500 from these guys. I tell you, what a great group of people they are from the owner all the way down. The shop guys are super friendly. I've read the other reviews about no answers, but sometime people just need to pick up the phone and call. They answered every time. I called and talked to a salesman there and lined up a time to come look at pickup and make sure it is what I wanted and made sure not much was wrong with it due to my 1.5 hour drive. I signed the agreement but was not able to take it home as this company makes sure every vehicle goes thru a shop inspection and fixes faulty parts. I think that's great for a used auto dealer. I have driven several other cars off other dealers lots and their were problems right away and when I call back I am told it's my deal. So we left without a truck in possession, but that was fine by me. The salesman called me back the next day, to tell me that the truck was ready. I got there right at closing and everyone was still super nice, and the best part was truck was fixed. The truck is everything I expected. And when I left the salesmen made sure to tell me "If you have any problems don't be afraid to call". What a great dealership and a great bunch of people. My next vehicle I will be sure to look them up.

I've been buying cars for 60 years and Tri State Auto and Travis are number 1! The car has been great and I'm pleased with everything.
