Tom was an excellent sales person. He worked hard to get me the best rate he possibly could and he was very informative as to the workings of the vehicle and warranty. I am very grateful for how good of a deal he got me and recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

These two gentleman went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had the exact vehicles we wanted and proceeded to give us the best price as well as including some little extras to make us feel special. While we were there we had Ruben's undivided attention and Jason went out of his way and busy schedule to help us. We have worked with Jason since he was first at Bill Jacobs at the tender age of 18, and has now risen through his hard work to Sales Manager and still recognizes us when we come in. This is exactly why this is our fifth and sixth purchase at Bill Jacobs. Thank you both Mel and Karin

I give my experience 5 stars across the board. As soon as we pulled up, Lil Joe immediately serviced us. My mother told him what she was looking for and he promised to deliver. Not only did he do what she wanted, he did MORE!!!!!!!!!! He did everything he could to get my mother financed. My mother wanted a monthly car note under $300. He got her a note for $253.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mother was ecstatic!!!!!! LIl Joe was very kind and understanding to our needs. He has a wonderful personality and I will ALWAYS recommended him to anyone looking to purchase a car. He is very skilled and he truly enjoys his career. I am so glad he approached us. Keep up the good work, Lil Joe.

The staff worked to get me the car I wanted at the price i wanted to pay The dealer kept me informed on how everything was going and they even showed me what was wrong with the vechile I was looking at and even gave me a copy so I could do the repairs myself if I wanted to .I have bought vechiles elswhere before and never got that kind of service
