Me and my wife were both really unhappy with all Hawk

Me and my wife were both really unhappy with all Hawk dealerships. However both experiences we have had (1st time leasing 2 cars) and our 2nd time in we bought 2 vehicles we have dealt with Jerry. Jerry is a stand up individual and the only reason we came back to buy. We have been unhappy with service at both hawk mazda and hawk chevy. However since Teddy took over at Hawk Mazda this is another reason we came back. If it weren't for Teddy and Jerry we would not have come back. Both are great employees you are lucky to have. Rick was also a great help and pleasant surprise. These three individuals in my eyes are the biggest reason Hawk Mazda stays busy. I'm pretty sure while we were there purchasing 2 vehicles Jerry also had 3 other deals starting at that time as well. While these deals where starting he still was very much involved with all his customers. As stated above Jerry, Teddy, and Rick are the only reason our experience was a 5 and the only reason Hawk was able to retain our business

The crew at Hawk Mazda is truly customer centered. Buying a new car is a big life decision, and James and Diante were so informative, but also so patient and friendly. They definitely helped make my experience the best it could be!!

Norman has a very humble spirit!

Norman has a very humble spirit! Very calm answering questions! You could tell that he is not just trying to sell but trying to make sure you’re well knowledgeable of what you are trying to buy without pressurizing you! In fact, Norman is the main reason we are buying from Mazda
