What can I say ? The service was great. Not just the sale but after the sale too. Matt honored his word and, along with Scotty and others, gave Fantastic service. In the "auto world" you hear of a lot of things that can go wrong. Simply put - I trust these guys and I am back to buy again. This is a place, along with staff, you can trust.

Wonderful experience
Had a wonderful experience working with Jared and Matt, while purchasing a Prius for my college student Grandaughter. Buying a “value” used car can be challenging of course, but we went away with a solid car, and a fair price in what can only be described as a very rough market for buyers of high demand used Toyota’s. We received outstanding customer service. I’d happily refer others to this dealer. Good people.

Don't trust anything, even written
I bought this car on 9/27 and have had nothing but issues since. The only reason it gets one star is that my sales person was pleasant. I did knew the radio didn't work and was told it was because of the amp going bad. They asked if I wanted it fixed and I said no. Remember that. I got the car home and went to drive it the next morning and the engine is running very, very rough and the check engine light is on. I get the code read and it says cyl 1-4 misfire. I look that up and a common issue is bad spark plugs. I decide to change the spark plugs and look at how nasty they are! After seeing that I decide that I am going to change the oil, even though the flyer says "fresh oil change". Convince me that the oil and oil filter in the pic represent a "fresh" oil change! If you look at the auto shop's checklist, it says everything is good. Again, tell me that air filter is "good"! I speculate that they didn't even check it as when I pulled the filter, there was a mouse nest in the housing! So I, clean the mouse nest, replace the air filter, change the oil and oil filter, change spark plugs, put back the air filter housing tube that wasn't connected properly and the battery air cooler tube that was sitting on top of the radiator fans! It wasn't there when I got done with the test drive, but they had to replace a bulb on that side and never put the piece back. It could've fell into the radiator fans and broke that whole unit! Since then the engine still hasn't run properly and I am getting turbocharger codes now also. I decide to sell it and went to get a used amp and want to see what the old one looks like and IT'S NOT THERE! They never even put it back! Just because I didn't want it fixed didn't mean I didn't want it al all. I did text the sales person and got a check for $200 for my troubles, but that's nowhere near enough for the hassle that this has been. They obviously don't know cars and don't know what they reconditioning people do or do not complete. You can't trust that this passed through a legit "inspection". Never, ever, ever buy from this place!

After viewing and test driving the car, I had no need to shop other dealers. I bought on the spot. I have told all my family and friends that this is the place to go.

Great automobile purchase experience!
We bought a used car from Midwest Auto Sales, LLC from out of state (North Dakota). This is the first automobile we ever purchased without the ability to first test-drive or personally examine. Working with Junior was the reason we made this purchase. He was extremely mindful about disclosing everything he could about the car. He thoroughly reviewed the independent maintenance inspection, conditions and repairs made before the car was put up for sale. The maintenance inspection included general mechanical equipment condition, fluid replacement, tire wear, brake wear, battery condition etc. etc. Purchasing a car with a CarFax guarantee and this type of detailed maintenance report and condition is very stress free. We appreciated Junior's interest in doing the right thing and taking extra measures to ensure there were no surprises. Matt and Jarred did a marvelous job in the closing purchase agreement process. We drove the vehicle off the lot and the 500 mile trip home and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. It is actually in better condition than we ever expected. We would take our business to this dealership any time.
