Justin Locke Knows Audi
Justin was great to work with during the purchase and delivery of our Audi Q7. We purchased the Prestige package so there were so many features we had to learn to use. Justin set up a time a week after we bought the Q7 to go over our questions.and help us set everything up. I had a lot of questions about the My Audi app and he spent a lot of time helping me with that. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for an Audi!

Annual service
The work was good, but the communication left a little bit to be desired. I was waiting in the service area for a call and never got one. After an hour of the promised time I went to the desk and asked and it had been completed on time but no one bothered to contact me. Then they couldn’t find the keys to the car. Really put a damper on my day.

Really enjoyed the way Darrick explained and carried out needed service.He helped keep the service appointment on schedule and called us early enough to miss heavy traffic .
