The service scheduling was fast and simple.

The service scheduling was fast and simple. The drop-off and pick-up was also a breeze. I really liked the tech's walk-through video that is sent after they do their multipoint inspection. The time estimate that was given was pretty much spot-on! In and out with the confidence that a good maintenance checkup was completed!

Great Serivce

Service at Northwest Chevrolet is always quick and easy! Jim was extremely helpful getting my car scheduled and when I came in for my appointment he was the first one to greet me and got me all sorted and had my car get into the shop as quick as possible. The video inspection from the tech is always helpful and with the questions I had about recommended services, Jim answered them all with even giving me a quote so I knew how much each one would cost me. The service crew at this store has always been helpful when I have come in and I will continue to return to the dealership anytime my vehicles need to be worked on.

Northwest Chevrolet in McKenna is the best

I am not bombarded with a salesperson when I come in. Even if I am looking at cars on the lot or showroom floor. I am given a chance to just browse. When I come to the service department, they are always very helpful and kind.

Best experience with a Dealership.

Overall great experience awesome service dept and parts dept. My service writer Chris is the best and his Service manager is the best as well. Always going above and beyond. Even for my 27yo car needing lots of work and it being a Cadillac.

Great service

Friendly great service. Didn’t try to knuckle and dime me or recommend anything that didn’t need to be done. Would definitely recommend!

Another great buying experience!
