Bought a truck from them and almost 2 weeks later they call me to tell me there is no deal because they didn’t get the correct payoff for my trade in. The salesman helping us didn’t know what he was doing. The process took 3 days. Terrible customer service. Fees are outrageous! Never seen anything like it!! I will never buy or recommend IDrive to anyone!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sold us a faulty truck at a high price it died on my husband the DAY we bought it. We brought it back in 5 different times after that each time they claimed they worked on it when they actually just turned off the check engine lights and we found this out only because we took it to a Midas down the road. They lie through their teeth and we had to fight for them to do what a dealership should do well before selling a vehicle.

These guys are by far the shadiest group I have ever encountered. They redefine "used car salesman". Watch out for the $500 "doc fee" and the $1,000 "processing fee". And don't even try to pay cash or bring your own financing or they'll add 2% to the purchase price. They clearly prey on the unknowing or uneducated crowd. And I'm sure they take full advantage of those with poor credit. I took my son to by a car they had listed on KSL. When the salesman didn't remove his sunglasses (indoors) I should have know right away we were in the wrong place. By the time they brought out a contract they had added $2,000 in BS fees. After seeing what they were all about I told my son I'd give him $1,000 to find a different dealership. He did exactly that. Stay away from these guys unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.

I send an email and a call to IDrive dealership for more information about a WRX STI, they never respond back to me. 4 Days later the car was already sold. Poor customer service. I end up getting a Subaru with Mark Miller Dealership. Your lost IDrive...

I've been wanting a Jeep Wrangler since I was a kid, and iDrive had one that I could finally afford. They got me financed quickly and easily, and I was out the door with my dream car in a short time. I am aware that used cars always have flaws, but when I discovered three that caused concern, I contacted Zane. The most concerning one was a fault with the vehicle airbags. Zane said that he would look into seeing if iDrive could get it looked at, but there I was, three weeks later, and still no word from iDrive, Zane, or anyone about a serious safety concern with this vehicle. So with $700 out of my pocket, my local Jeep dealership was able to get them fixed. I still need to get the headlights working properly, and the tire pressure sensors calibrated with the vehicle computer. Even a quick call from Zane staying "still looking into it" or "sorry, you WILL need to go to a dealership to the airbags repaired" would've bolstered my faith in iDrives's integrity and I would've score higher. There are a few reviews stating that iDrive fails to return calls to their customers. I can 100% confirm that this is true.

If you are looking for an easy process, someone who is going to provided great customer service, and a company who is honest and transparent in their sales, this is NOT the place for you. There was no part about the experience that was positive. They really don't care too much about what's going on. They take forever while goofing around. They are not honest and once you finally purchase a vehicle, you go straight to the bottom of the total pole even though they will tell you differently. They will sell you an inferior product. Unless you are a professional mechanic and look vehicle over completely prior to purchasing, I would not do business here. They will tell you nothing is wrong with the vehicle until you purchase it and find out that is inaccurate. Oh and I went to take the vehicle on a test drive from Orem to Draper and when I got to Draper the gas light came on so they told me to put a few bucks of gas in it. They knew I was coming to test drive it so why not have it ready?? Overall just very unsatisfied with the experience and they will never received my business or anyone I know as I cannot trust to work with dishonest people who work for a business that greatly lacks basic customer service skills

We have been trying to get our gap insurance money back for 4 months now. They will not take our calls. Don’t buy from here.

Love this place. The sales staff is patient and not pushy. I got a great truck at a great price. The thing is so sick. They always have the best looking trucks. I would not buy a truck from anywhere else.

We contacted Jones 10:30pm on a Sunday night, and were able to look at a truck the next day. Our experience with him was great! There was no hassle or pressure, price was fair for our trade in and the vehicle we were interested in was waiting up front for us when we arrived. Overall all the staff were very friendly, and we will recommend friends to shop with Jones. Definitely recommend setting up an appointment ahead of time because there were alot of people interested in vehicles. From start to finish we were at the dealership for 3hrs, and left with our new pickup.

I have bought several trucks from these guys. They are always a pleasure to work with and very honest. They have genuine concern for the customer and are dedicated to addressing any questions and helping in any way possible. Will be going back again and again!
