Island Subaru

Best experience by far compared to other dealership around Staten Island. Other dealership were a pain to get a new car until I went to Island Subaru.

Was a very pleasant quick experience the sales team did a nice job finding my favorite product and let me test drive it. After we worked the numbers I was comfortable with and off we go

Engin and Jakub were terrific. They really listened to me and worked really hard to make me as deal that I just couldn?t refuse. I really appreciate their efforts to keep me in the Subaru family.

This dealership impressed due to its Professionalism by all. I was especially impressed by the soft spoken, no pressure, highly informed gentleman Chris -who worked with me to get the exact deal that suit my needs best - The team felt like a family - each person was top notch in executing their part of the process - Each person was informed and personable. They even included a final celebration of purchase in the ringing of the bells with all who worked on the deal ! Such great touches included specific skills of the finance manager and a follow-up with the customer training expert - I entered with some concern and left with total confidence in the deal , in the car and in the personnel that exceeded all of my expectations!

My husband and I went into Island Subaru looking to lease a new car. We just had a baby and we were looking for a safe family car. When we walked in we were greeted by Engin. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He walked us through the whole process and made us feel very comfortable. Engin dropped off the car we leased to our house following day.
