Service was provided as requested and done as promised on timely manner everyone i came in contact with was friendly and helpful appreciate snacks while waiting and hot coffee

Service

My visit to Jenkins Kia was wonderful, I went in for an oil change, and left with a brand new Kia Soul, which I am very happy with. Steve Ramunno is a top notch salesman. I give a 10+, as well as all the others that helped me, I don’t remember their names, but the were great. I would highly recommend Jenkins Kia to any looking to buy a vehicle.

Very happy.

Very happy, not a hard sell.Didn't pressure me. Was very pleased from 9 am till I left with my new car at 2 pm.

Excellent experience with lease of Kia Soul+

We went to Jenkins Kia exploring possibilities for leasing a Kia Soul. We went two times, and had other phone conversations. At every turn, the staff was welcoming, friendly, positive and professional. They had the car we wanted and leased it to us at a fair price. Our primary contact was with Quentin who was extremely positive to deal with, very supportive and responsive to all questions, comments. Although he is new, he handled the situation extremely well and called for help as needed. Mike, the manager who presented the terms and negotiated with us; Jae and Guy who welcomed and explained all on the initial visit, and John the thorough and friendly finance man -- all positive. We hope that driving the car will be as positive as the buying/leasing experience.

Shamer is such a wonderful Young Man !

I gave Shamer 5 Stars... Because Shamer greeted us with a very nice smile, very help with our concerns and answered all our questions. Shamer listened to us, had patience with us and a very caring person. Shamer was patience , when showing us what was on the Soul Kia, we bought. Shamer is very knowledgeable. Shamer is a keeper! Edwin Morales Ramirez, we talked with the pricing deal, Edwin was nice to work with him, Edwin is a caring person, also. Administration, Anjolee Blount, was great with us,very knowledgeable, concerning, and a very caring person. We talked with Oscar Martinez, Fernando Romero, Fabio Neal, Steve Ramunno, all are very nice Young men , so refreshing, very up-beat. They are all wonderful Sales Customer Service people. John Szylin, Finance, very efficient, and friendly. My Husband, Talked with Ryan Baroni, is a very nice person, I didn't get a chance to meet Ryan. Great service

Great service, friendly and clean place, definitely come back, oil change and two recalls done, I have been going to get oil changes there since in purchased my car from there but never receive coupons only downfall

An amazing comedy touring vehicle

This service on our 2018 Sorento was the second oil change and first tire rotation on our new car. Both oil changes have taken place since january 1, 2018. We made an appointment for the oil change and when we arrived on time the service department was ready to greet us. The service was finished within the hour and the car was clean when it was done. Great service my very friendly people. I recommend this dealership to any Kia owner.
