I leased a new car and the sales people, Jamie and Guy were pleasant and easy to work with as was John in finance. They were both friendly and helpful and made the car buying experience pleasant

Professional experience

We are seasoned car buyers, having purchased 30+ cars over the last 50+ years. We recently moved to Florida. Previously, we worked with a dealer in our prior home state and had a lot of confidence in him. However, when we came to Florida, we had to start all over again building a relationship with a dealer in our new home state. We did our homework and shopped around, going all the way to the end of the process with several dealers until we decided upon Jenkins. The environment is professional (others were shoddy and dirty); inventory was good; we were not pressured (unlike other dealers); "sales extras" were appreciated. I am a number cruncher and required a lot more financial data than the average buyer. Other dealers were rude and condescending when I requested this information, but I was treated respectfully at this dealership after explaining why I was looking for it. Our only complaint was that we had excessive wait time on several occasions. Our salesman was new, so we are cutting him some slack for not knowing when and how to push the right buttons with management for his customer. So we did it for him, and management responded well to it.

Very professional

the service was excellent they had the service was done before the time they have me waiting. I was asked if I wanted my car washed after the service was done and I said no they have me a voucher to get a free car wash.

Excellent, friendly and Quick service

We arrived and had no wait , our car was taking off for a Recall issues . Mike got us in with no Appointment or long time waiting , it was less then 1 hour. Before we where back in our car. Mike also explained how the recall and updated effected our Vehicle best interests.
