If I could give it a zero I would
Bought truck. No maintenance done. Was lied to told there it was . Transmission out. Haven't made 1st pmt. was told too bad. Buyer beware!!

Very disappointed
We bought a car for our daughter from svg greenville ohio...it started out bad from the time we walked in the door.As adults we would have walked back out but when your teenager is thinking they are driving home a car it's not that easy. Tried several times to call salesman...no answer no call back. Finally a service appointment...would not give us a loaner car and we drove from indiana...had to walk in cold rain to a restaurant...2 hours later. It's ready...walk back and not everything had been taken care of...waited another hour. Car was scratched and left oil/grease on inside of car...SERVICE THERE IS NOT GOOD

service recall and oil change.
the work on my truck was fine im happy with that but the rental car was dirty had dog or cat hair all over and it smelled like body oder when i first got it. the oder was gone the next morning when i left for work other than that the car was great it ran fine and road well but i know know i don't want 1 of them i missed my truck. now for my truck like i said the work was fine i have no issues with that but i was not to happy to find what looked to be shavings from peanuts all on my drivers seat. i take pride in my truck and clean it at least 1 time a month and i never leave a mess of food crumbs in it. its always clean of food and trash at all times. so that being said nice work on service bad on the rest. maybe next time it will be better for me?

HORRIBLE SAVE YOURSELF
miranda@svg.com...is not a good sales rep called me 2 days later deposit down and they sold vehicle to someone else after speaking with 3 different sales rep no one could get me in this vehicle no phone calls back I emailed and had to call several times went to another dealer deal made within a hour

My SVG Adventure
The overall experience of purchasing my vehicle was like pulling teeth. We were initially attracted to the vehicle by what appeared to be a reasonable price considering its age and mileage. The salesman went with us on our first test drive; when we returned we began to look closely at the vehicle and found a couple things we thought should be taken care of: little body dings where rust had started, and floormats that were worn out. We were told that the "body man" would take care of those and that the vehicle would be detailed and ready to go in a couple days. A week later it still wasn't ready, although I had been told on the phone that it was. It had not been detailed if the word "detailed" has any meaning; the floormats had not been replaced, and the body dings looked like they had been touched up with a brush and some Testor's model car enamel, and the dealership clearly did not want to give a single cent to accommodate my wife and I for the jerking around we had been subjected to. If the vehicle had not been what I was looking for in the price range I had set for myself, I would have walked in a heartbeat. Typical lies and exaggerations; it's places like this that help to maintain used car salesmen's bad reputation.

svg sucks
They run my truck into there shop wall trying to fix a brake line ..long story short they fixed the brake line for free but none of the damages to the truck from the wall and now say they didn't do that

great service from the sales rep matt at svg in greenville. he was helpful in every question i had and made it as easy as could be. he was very polite and easy to get along with. i went in to see what i could get and got way more than i thought i would have and left with a new 2016 chevy silverado i really like the truck and its at a paymnt. i can handle. at this time i would like to say thanks to matt and if anybody is looking for there next new car,truck or suv stop in and see matt he will do his best to get you what you want and at a paymnt. you can afford. again thanks matt from as of now a returning customer Dan Abbott
