Low Pressure, high quality.

Low Pressure, high quality. Every interaction at all levels was positive and friendly. From first contact to trade-in and financing everyone was top notch. This was my first Subaru. I think folks tend to become loyal repeat customers is the 50% the quality of the brand and 50% the dealership experience. I don’t get it before, now I get it. Thanks to everyone

I am on my third Subaru outback and have had all of my cars exclusively serviced with this dealer for over 15 years. I can?t say enough about how much I appreciate their customer service in the repairs department. I would highly recommend them for Subaru sales as well and continued care and maintenance for your car.

Came in because my air bag light came on.

Came in because my air bag light came on. Between Rodney and Vitally my problem was diagnosed and I left with complete confidence in the diagnosis and fix. Would recommend these 2 Service Advisors to anyone. Great job and wonderful customer service!

BTW, if you're looking to purchase a Subaru in DC's MD 'burbs, I'll gladly volunteer that salesman David Vo and closer Marc Dorfman at Herb Gordon Subaru near Burtonsville, MD made our recent purchase of a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited a pleasant experience, smooth and efficient, including provision of ample information but no pressure regarding add-ons or extended warranties. David went out of his way to ensure that a particular dealer-installed option that was the only thing not already in the vehicle was in stock and installed while we were finishing the purchase. Kudos all around, including Kevin Singh and his service department for getting that option installed quickly. Stan Hall
