My experience at Marshall Motors North was fantastic! Alan & Jack were great to work with—friendly, approachable, and really made the whole process easy from start to finish. I felt confident in my decision and never pressured. I would absolutely buy from them again in the future after a great experience!

I drove up from Boston to look at a truck I was really interested in. And was refused a test drive. This place totally sucks.

After my first purchase from this dealer a few years ago, I knew just where to look to find an additional vehicle. Owner is excellent with no-pressure sales style and is very knowledgeable on every vehicle on the lot. I would highly recommend Marshall Motors if you're in the market for a used vehicle in great condition. I will return to this dealer for a third vehicle, not only for lower than market pricing, but for them going out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Working with Alan Marshall at Marshall Motors North was like working with a Luxury New Car Dealer(unheard of in the used car arena). They took care of everything including repairs needed after the purchase took place. Treated me with total professionalism and showed my son who was buying his first car how business should be done. I went with my Daughter to buy a used Honda, the process was quick, easy and no BS. They were honest, the prices are below NADA and they also go the RMV to register and then get an inspection sticker for your car, all you do is show up and drive away.

I live in South Boston and will absolutely make the trip next time I need to buy a car. My recent experience with Marshall Motors was outstanding from the start. I had called ahead to let Alan know I wanted to look at the vehicle; he had everything ready to go when I walked in. Alan is a straightforward guy. He was transparent through the whole process (evaluating warranty options with me, calling the bank with me sitting there to apply for my loan). This is a family-owned dealership with people who care about their customers. The whole experience was hassle free. I walked away knowing I bought a great car at a great value from a great dealer.

Place is a rip off and didn’t fix any repairs . Refuse to fix anything and warranty would not pay for any repairs. So I got screwed

I bought a Chevy Malibu from Allen .its been a year and the car is junk .i have already had back breaks, rotors,and calipers the front was also done by Marshall motors .the Windows dont work sometimes the starter is junk .the battery is also junk .the whole car is falling apart the flexpipe is rotten a the car sounds like a tank .the front brake or caliper on the driver side sticks and the car wont move or if it does it gets super hot and starts smoking .allen did the front brakes so that is probably why it's sticking also they forgot to put break fluid in after bleeding them.the wire that goes from the shifter to the engine broke also he fixed that for us .I had to take out a loan on the car so I still owe money for it and I cant even use it.i told him I Needed a reliable car to take care of my elderly mother and this is what he sold me .yes I take some blame for buying it but he saw a desperate disabled women and took advantage of me .so now I dont know what I'm going to do .please stay away from this dealer ship he takes advantage of people .
