I would highly recommend Jordan Smith n mall of georgia mini to everyone I know simply because Jordan Smith went above n beyond the call of duty to talk to me about what I liked n disliked about cars n then on the very first car he showed me, it had everything I was looking for n it happened to be a Mini Cooper S which I had always wanted, Jordan n the rest of dealership did everything they could to help me get the car I wanted, they were polite, respectful n Awesome

I can't say enough about how well our experience at MOG MINI has been. From our first contact online to our buying experience and service. They truly care about their MINI owners and understand our obsession with the brand. Sales and service check on us regularly, hold MINI events for owners and support our local MINI groups. They are even helpful in the Youification of your MINI. Tilli is actually having a JCW tuning kit installed today!

This is probably the first time when a car purchase was actually a pleasure. Jordan asked the right questions and showed us exactly what we wanted. Many times, our mind wavered and we inquired about other cars and he patiently answered all our questions. Cody Thomas was just great. In what turned out to be a five month process, I never once thought that I was with the stereotypical car salesman. Cody was always energetic, friendly, and personable. Cody stayed in touch, was always willing to talk, answer some question, or find out what I requested that he didn't know. Cody understood my financial situation, I am a teacher, and continually worked to find what would work for me. I never felt pressured. I cannot say enough about Cody, he is the reason I leased my MINI from Mall of Georgia MINI. Paul Kemme was the finance manager we worked with after our deal was done . Paul, like Cody, was very friendly and personable. Paul also was not the typical stereotype you think of with a car dealership. Even though it was late at night and Paul had been there all day, he patiently guided us through all the paperwork, answering our questions and advising us based on his experience.

Great set of sales folks. Went out of the way to find me a Mini Countryman All4 S model with a hard top. The price looks fair and gave a good Kelley blue book value for my trade-in. Thanks Tyler

We stopped by the Mall of Georgia MINI to take a look around and look into the possibility of trading my car in for a MINI. My current vehicle had 80K miles on it so I did not expect the numbers to work out. WOW! What a SWEET surprise working with Cody Thomas and Kalee McKenna! No pressure, honest conversation and we came out with a deal that I was completely comfortable with. I am so happy to be back in the MINI family. 1 week later and I am loving my new MINI!! Special thanks for the little MINI for my grandson too! I would work with this awesome team again in a heartbeat! They actually made this process a fun afternoon! I recently purchased a traded-in 4Runner from Mall of Georgia Mini and I had a great experience dealing with them. I first noticed the 4Runner on AutoTrader and immediately called the dealership where the receptionist transferred me to Milton. I asked if I could drive over from Spartanburg SC and test drive the 4Runner and Milton gave me several choices of times the next day that they could show me the vehicle. When I arrived, Milton introduced himself and after a few minutes of small talk, he introduced me to Patrick who showed me the car in detail and rode with me on a test drive. Patrick was great to work with and very personable and tried to answer all of my questions and the few that he couldn’t, he found someone in the service center that could. Once I decided I would like to purchase the car, I noticed there was no pushiness with coming up with a price. Patrick explained that they do not work off of commission so he did not feel pressured to push a price on me because he gets paid a certain amount for every car he sells regardless of the price. Once the price was agreed upon, I was introduced to Paul to finish the paperwork. Paul was very nice as well and with him, it was just a matter of signing a few forms while he explained what forms I was going to need when I returned to South Carolina to register my car there since I was buying out of state. While I did not go to the Mall of Georgia Mini to purchase one of their new cars, my overall used car buying experience with them was great and I would not hesitate to purchase a car from them in the future should I see something on their lot that I am interested in.
