I, Dennis O'Neal tried to buy a vehicle from Moe and dealership & Moe insisted on getting the cashiers check before allowing us to inspect the vehicle and once we looked at the vehicle, it was leaking antifreeze and had blowback. then Moe slammed down hood and told us to leave after we drove for 15 hours to buy the van. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with them. We had trouble with overnight delivery of cashiers check to them and management refused to let us wire the money. They only wanted a cashiers check and demanded it before letting us thoroughly inspect the truck.

I had the unfortunate luck of dealing with a sales rep by the name of Moe. He degraded me and called me names and after I told him I would like to speak with the manager he kept harassing me via text. Very disappointed in his professionalism

Mucho cuidado cuando comlren un auto en este lugar y sobre todo con las cosas q ducen de palabra y con lo q firma les puedo desir q en menos dd 7 dias se qedaron con 2mil usd q les di adelanto ya q no qyise aceptar firmar un secundo contrato con numeros muchos mas altos a los q firme el dia q saly con el auto, luego me dijo el gerente q le entregars la s yabes si no qeria fifmar ese segundo contrato q el me devolvia mi dinero despues de coger las yabes ni me qyiso pagar y yamo a la policia para sacarme del ligaf y no pudiera reclamar mas,mucho cuidado sobre todo personas sin documentos me amenazaba con la.polica para qme fuera pero comp no quise la yamo. Sobre todo no confiar en nada de lo q diga eo vendedor amgel no mantiene su palabra y no t apoya en momentos necesarios

I wrote a review back in September while I was mad in the moment ,I tried to remove it it but cars.come won’t let me ,So I’m just here to say this place has really been great to me ,I bought a beautiful car from them and the manager Adam has been great in helping me try to get into a new car .So please give them a chance and don’t go by the review from September.I will be going back soon

They wanted to run a credit report before I could shop. That was fine since I know about cars and I know what I want. Communication was awful. I have yet to receive the warranty info on my vehicle. It took 1 month to receive paperwork I should have received on the first day. Very very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service from salesman, manager had to step in and complete sale. They wanted to run credit before even seeing a vehicle. “Mike” salesman did a poor job of communicating

Didn’t end up buying a car, but amazing staff and vehicles at incredible prices. They will work with you to get in your dream car at a price you can afford. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle make them your first and only stop.

This is the best place to get a car they help me to understand all the processes until they put me in a car I’m super happy with my new car and with the deal they do for me

Muy buen servicio y carros todos anos recientes y pocas millas. Compre un 2017 Toyota con 20k millas me dieron garantia y muy bajo pago. Se los recomiendo a toda la jente hispana.
