Fake pricing, rude staff.
Fake pricing, rude staff. Price shown is not the real price. -You will be forced to pay a mandatory $1200 "ceramic coating" fee, non-negotiable. -Large penalty for paying any way other than their awful "in-house financing". -Exaggerated fees on top of that. The price is straight up fake. Expect to pay a few thousand dollars more, non-negotiable. Expect to receive passive aggressive "that's nice sweetie but that's not how it works" treatment if you call them out on their scam. They are out to waste your time, exhaust you, then hope you will just pay their last-minute surprise fees to get the experience over with.

Steer very clear of this place!
Steer very clear of this place! Hidden fees, your temp tag will expire before you get plates from them, they won't refund money due to you and they will not answer the phone or respond to your emails once you make a purchase. Look them up on the BBB site.

Worst car buying experience ever.
Worst car buying experience ever. I followed a car from car guru to this dealership which is an hour from my home. This ordeal began back in October of 24! After purchasing and driving car off lot, check engine light came on. I returned with the car and the service nightmare began. They repeatedly "fixed" the problem and as soon as I would drive car off lot a new warning light would appear. I made 5 trips back and forth to this place and spent countless hours sitting and waiting only to be told the car was taken to an actual Lexus dealership for repair. Finally got the car back in December and didn't even make it to I-95 before car crapped out again. Because I had made the first pmt on the car they refused to take it back and proceeded to "trade me out" of this clearly broken vehicle. Each time they found something comparable to my original purchase they would switch up the financial institution and do a hard inquiry on my excellent credit (which took a major hit). Once they even pushed through the sale on a car I didn't agree to! In the interest of washing my hands of this place, I purchased the loaner car I had been driving since October! NOT the car I wanted and nearly twice the price! The only thing that kept me from legal action was my salesman, Alvin, who was genuinely horrified by what I had been through. He no longer works there! It is now February 2025, and they just finally paid off the original (broken) car I financed and eventually was forced to "trade-in" minus finance charges, taxes and fees! RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Alvin Barrett was a breathe of fresh air, after I reading the reviews I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. But he was patient and helpful. Not pushy but direct and I can respect that. Go see him, he has great inventory as well.

Terrible service.
Terrible service. They try to bait and switch, I had my mind on a certain vehicle and they kept trying to get me in a different vehicle for more profit. I AM committing to a car payment for 72 month, I’m going to purchase what I want! The sales manager Alvin is a tool as well. He made me feel very uncomfortable and pressured. I just went down the road to Fields Mercedes and purchased the Mercedes I wanted same day. I was telling my nephew what happened and he had the same situation when looking for a Tesla. Shady business lost two sales in one week. STAY AWAY!

The salesman Roosevelt did not honor my per loan from
The salesman Roosevelt did not honor my per loan from Westlake. They then ran like 5 hard inquiries on my credit report and did not use one of the lenders. Roosevelt did not show me the car I asked to see. He then brought around a BMW after telling him I did not want it or like BMW’s. The said I had to put down $6,000 on a car I didn’t want. The Finance guy was also fast talking me. They only showed me the price of the car when signing paperwork. They jacked up the price to $37,000 total for the BMW but said it was $16,000. I then brought the BMW back on Sunday 15th of September . I told them I need a car I can afford. I’m a young woman and they took advantage of me. The whole sales team did. I ended up getting a 2015 Toyota Avalon Hybrid . The Finance Guy Jim lie to me the whole way through signing. He had my rent at $324 when I told him that was wrong he said oh it’s okay, I’ll change it and didn’t. I then told him I did not want the bundle for the dents, the leather seats, the windows and something else I think. Jim told me that they put it on all there cars and I had to get it but when signing the contract it stated do not have to get when purchasing a car or financing a car. They did jacked up the price to $38,000 total I owe saying I was financing 12,149 but with the extra add on’ it came to $17,000.00 and something. And the Finance Exeter charged me another $17,000 and something. This is wrong and would not recommend NO ONE to go to Mitsubishi City ever. They are just money hungry and DO NOT car about their customers Al all and on top of that to do a women like that that’s on disability. I also found out Monday the 16th that the car had not been inspected or serviced and they were not supposed to sale it. When I took the car back on Monday they still did not rest the maintenance light. Also Jim Campbell the Finance guy told me they had refurbished the seats and that’s why they added that bundle on my car note which was another $1,299. I kept asking them to take it off and that I did not want it. I then looked up Exeter and they have a lawsuit going on due to paying the dealership for getting customers to sign with them and then the dealership add it to the customer payment. I was wrong all the way round. The worst experience in my life ever. Now I have to live with it. #sadmadhurt#

Luckily the car I had was perfect… only a minor scratch
Luckily the car I had was perfect… only a minor scratch that I didn’t see until after purchase. They said that their warrant “DWOC” would cover it, but it did not! I think they knew it wouldn’t be covered. Reached back out the my sales person and he never called me back. Once you’re out the door they don’t care. And also was supposed to get a full tank of gas.. the worker only filled it half way and pocketed the rest of the money smh! And the finance guy was unprofessional and tried to charge my card twice for an amount i had already paid. I had to send a screenshot to show him the money was already debited from my account smh. Would NOT recommend this place!

Omg.
Omg..so to begin. I would advise anyone against this place. The car I went to look at was priced $4k over market value. I was assuming it was in excellent condition. No! The truck had 2 long deep dents. One on the driver and one on the passenger door. Along with about 8 other scratches and dings. Ling story short..the manager was asked about the repairs and his response was he'll have those things fixed at his cost and I'll just have to pay whatever it cost. He wasn't willing to discount anything. The price was as is. Soo..I was suppose to purchase a vehicle from him with damages and pay for them. Crooks!!! That's what they seem like to me.
