I went in for a oil change and a tire rotation, everything was done in a timely way, people very pleasant, this is my fourth car from pride and never a problem with the service department

I looked into your communication with the team and our call logs show two calls to your phone number of record from Letizia on Friday, 8/9 at 4:09 PM and 4:15PM and two additional calls placed by Omar the next day at 9:26 AM and 12:37 PM. Perhaps we had the incorrect number or you were frustrated by missed calls and the need to leave messages. I know the teams are very busy attending to other customer. My name is John Polino, and I leased a TRAX from your dealership. My wife and I had planned a trip to New Hampshire, and found out that all of my windows would not open! Instead of heading to New Hampshire I found myself very upset heading for Pride. The sales manager Introduced me to Letizia, and she immediately got a mechanic to work on my Trax. I found her to be not only a pleasant, Pride employee but, she recognized my frustration, and took my wife and I to the waiting room. She lowered my blood pressure, even though the day was lost, on going to New Hampshire.

I had my company vehicle towed there, called multiple

I had my company vehicle towed there, called multiple times to get an update over the course of a 4 day and didn't get a call back until a week later from when I dropped the car off. You can't speak with anyone directly they have to take a message and have someone call you back. The service here is horrible.

I called on a Friday for an appointment for Monday to get

I called on a Friday for an appointment for Monday to get my vehicle serviced. I guess when the service dept. does not answer, a receptionist picks your call up, she said wait for a confirmation for that appointment day. It never came! I needed some multi-purpose bolts for my tailgate area so I email the online form to the parts dept., they responded to say they got my request and said they would get back to me. It never came! I guess Brain Surgery is going on over there where they just can't get back to you with what you need or they only have one person working there.
