Exceptional Sales Team

My third lease with Pride Chevy and as usual a great experience. Doug and Tom could not have been more helpful. Doug my sales person was great with helping me pick out exactly what I wanted and having the Sales Manager, Tom, right out front with the sales team and actually being able to talk with him was a pleasure.

went to pride Chevrolet dealer in Wakefield Massachusetts

went to pride Chevrolet dealer in Wakefield Massachusetts to have them replace my driver side mirror they replaced my mirror and installed driver's door panel improperly also damaging the door there is a dent in the door where they pried the panel off. The panel is not installed correctly and it is obvious when looking from the outside in, the panel is 1.5" taller than the other side. Water is also coming in when it rains. took the vehicle back to them the lady at the front desk said there is nothing they could do and it is fine but it obviously isn't when compared to the other. The manager originally said yes, I see what's wrong. then came back and said we are not going to help you with this issue I would like an apology for this and my door panel installed properly.

Incorrect diagnosis and overcharging

Wrong diagnosis. When they found a correct one (a simpler job), they stuck with the same price, overcharging.

Awful customer service and no leadership!

My car has been in the collision center for 6 weeks. I have not received a phone call from them once in 6 weeks. I always have to call Lenny, the manager, to check the status. He is extremely unprofessional. He has a new excuse every time I talk to him why my car still is not ready. He has dropped the ball on ordering parts and never knows when or if parts have even been shipped or received. He did not like me holding him accountable and accused me of "yelling at him" which I did not. He then made a snide remark that he could put my old parts back on if I wanted. I cannot believe this guy is a manager! I was told there is no operations manager or other leadership other than the owner, Suzanne Iovanna. I have left her voicemail and email, but have not heard back. Her son Michael is a sales manager, so I emailed him. He responded initially, but pretty much just to tell me Suzanne is not the contact and referred me back to the collision center manager, Lenny. So that was useless and pointless. I also sent an email to Falyn Carnazzo, who according to website, is the customer experience manager. I have not received a response yet. My car is still there. It has been 6 weeks. And I have absolutely no idea when it will be ready or if it ever will be ready. There is no leadership, so there is no one to speak with to resolve the issues. The customer service is horrendous!

Stay Away

This is my 3rd review. I dreaded having to take my car here.Its been six hours and nobody will call me back. I will never get a vehicle from Pride again! Another disgusted customer.
