If I could give this dealership a 0 I would .

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would . I have been to this dealership several times and have been disappointed with them every single time . They wasted my day today and cost me 250 miles of driving due to incompetent customer service . I will never set foot in this dealership again . If you want good customer service you may wish to look elsewhere in my opinion .

~~☆☆ 《 I STILL CANT BELIEVE HOW THEY TREATED ME!

~~☆☆ 《 I STILL CANT BELIEVE HOW THEY TREATED ME!! 》 ☆☆ ~~ I went there to look at a vehicle I saw them advertise online.--☆☆BEFORE I EVEN LAIED EYES ON THE VEHICLE that i went to look at ☆☆-- They wanted my drivers license, email, phone number, address, and wanted to know what my credit score was and then wanted to know what kind of a budget I have. Then he was asking for the keys to my truck. Went and jumped into my truck and started driving it around the building. ~~☆☆~~ (let me remind yall) I STILL HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN THE VEHICLE WITH MY EYES YET.~~☆☆~~ instead of bringing the vehicle I came to see to the front for me to even look at. Nope!! the salesman was just hanging out chatting with "the big main boss guy" that "crunches the numbers" to "give you the best deal" we know better.i kept asking "can I take a look at the vehicle? The "boss guy" asked me rite after I just explained to them my situation and this is how much I have to spend. He asked me "can you get more money for your budget?" I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN THE VEHICLE YET!!!!!! I finally had enough. I had to ask for my drivers license and keys to my truck back. I now had been there for around 30min still hadn't seen vehicle. Oh but they were running all the numbers as if I was trying to buy it. I had enough. Soon as I was getting into my truck what do I see? The salesman jumping into the vehicle I came to see. He tried to speed up cut me off and pull the vehicle in front of me to stop me. I drove around him and left the dealership. You can imagine how I felt. So many different feelings and NONE were any form of happy. Main horrible feeling was every person there treated me as if I didnt matter and i was below them. All they cared about was making a sale. They ignored me and only focused on trying to finalize the deal. Even when I had made it VERY clear to the salesman when we first started talking there is no way I'll be buying today. (I slept on it before I left this review) So that happened yesterday and I'm still in shock and can't believe how horrible of a experience that was. I hope that they don't treat anyone else like that. No one deserves to be treated that way. If they end up treating everyone else like they did me, they wont be in business long.

Deceptive pricing. Don't trust them.

Deceptive pricing. The pricing on cars.com matched the dealership pricing and the confirmed price on an email sent to me. A follow up phone call is where they slapped a $7500 market adjustment on the price. How about just being transparent and put that in the initial listing. They also did a hard hit on my credit before giving me the bumped up price.

Mack was awesome!

Mack was awesome! I have worked in multiple dealerships and have worked at a corporate level for an automotive manufacturer. Mack's customer service was fantastic and he communicated everything to me in a polite and knowledgeable manner. The work did end up needing to get a little more in depth than originally forecast, but to be honest I already had an idea that this was a possibility based on what I had dropped the car off for. So when Mack gave me a call and stated the technician wanted to run the procedure an additional time to ensure the quality of the flush I found that to be perfectly acceptable. I had also asked for some other minor things to be addressed while I was there in their service department. These were addressed promptly, thoroughly, and accurately as well. I never once felt that I was not in capable hands with this service team. They truly shined and provided the utmost in great customer service! I think it should also be said that while I was picking up my vehicle another customer was dropping off their Audi R8 high performance supercar for service work. That should be an indication to anyone reading these reviews as to how wonderful this service team is! They have earned the business of a customer that trusts them with their six figure supercar (that is worth more than most peoples homes!) I have read some of the "negative" reviews and can honestly say that much of what I have read is not applicable and if you go to a place of business without an accurate understanding of the day to day operations that go on, I do not feel it is fair to the staff of that establishment to discredit them in anyway. I feel this applies to multiple other industries as well. If you take (what I can assume is based off of the typical American automotive consumer) a neglected fifteen plus year old vehicle to a repair facility and act like there wont be recommended services, you are probably the same type of person who goes to the doctors office and yells at the staff when they tell you what is ailing you. I should add that this service work was performed on Saturday 4/15/23. The website won't let me adjust the date to reflect an accurate timeline.

The Crain VW Service Team has consistently been courteous

The Crain VW Service Team has consistently been courteous and competent. Service and repair procedures and prices are communicated clearly, and when a replacement part can be safely foregone to maximize use of the part, that is communicated as well, which is very appreciated.

I was given the wrong diagnostic.

I was given the wrong diagnostic. They told me it was my front wheel bearing hub assembly but it was the rear! 😡
