Bought a Nissan Rogue and paid cash, was given a bad title to car and was never able to place it in my name. will be getting a lawyer to sort this out. Was forced to return car after we paid repairs on AC and was given $1500 less than we paid!!!!

Don’t waste your money. These people are crooks. I bought an 07 Nissan Maxima and the transmission went out a week later before I even received the title.

very sketchy. Stopped by to Inquire about a vehicle. He would not let me test drive the car and wanted me to commit to buying it without test driving.The place is dirty and it looks like junkyard

Do not bother with this location. Sold us a $4500 vehicle in need of $7000 worth of work after we drove 2hr on the word of the dealer that nothing was wrong with it. Vehicle stalled the day after it was bought in traffic. Needs a new transmission. Dealer is selling polished turds. For you money, time, and safety STAY AWAY!

DO NOT BUY !!! These people seem nice and upfront, but it's a scam, I bought a 2008 Subaru Outback and immediately had to replace the TRANSMISSION, ALTERNATOR, AC, and wheel bearing. Thank God I payed an additional $200 for a warranty or I would have been out of all that money. This car they sold me is a piece of trash! 0 stars!!!

if a deal looks too good to be true it is just that. if a car has to be jump started and have air put in the tire and had a bad inspection and won't stay started, chances are it's junk. I had to smh and walk away. the body of the car had so many dents. interior was nice. overall extremely disappointed. this was my second trip. I won't bother making a third.

Has worst cars I ever seen all of em have damage...like the play bumper cars with them all of them need to be jumped won't ever go back.

Our experience with them has been very positive. We have bought two cars from this car dealer so far and after about 12K and 5K miles respectively, we haven't had any problems with them whatsoever. Their cars are not perfect, but they are not going to sell you junk and lie to you about it. The owner is a nice person and one of the most honest and helpful car salesmen we've ever dealt with (and we've been to A LOT of car dealerships in the area recently). They also come forward and let you know of any maintenance that the vehicle might need before you buy. Please, be advised that the cars they sell are not in showroom condition. This means that you should inspect the car thoroughly before you buy, and schedule any maintenance due or repairs as soon as you drive off the car dealership after the purchase. When buying a used car, you usually get what you pay for, so we don't get some reviewers here complaining about the condition of the vehicles they sell, especially for the prices that they expect to pay. We would surely recommend this place over some of the other used car dealerships in the Roanoke area.

Im pride to say my BMW is nice and I haven't had any problems the owner is nice the salesman was nice I recommend Best Auto sale to everyone
