Excellent service!

Excellent service! Repair was quick and I my Trax is back to running good again. Highly recommend. My daughter also bought a new car here and that process was smooth as well. Overall just a great place to buy a car or get your car serviced. We will be back!

Easy process from start to finish

Krystal was so helpful from the very first phone call when we were struggling to find a car. She made it so easy from applying, to getting the car. We had issues due to limited credit but decent income getting approved anywhere else in our price range, but her and her manager Taylor worked someway that got us approved which relieved so much stress as we had been out of a car for a few months at that point. Also since we didn't have transportation to them, she sent photos of every angle exterior and interior of the car by text and brought all the paperwork to us to sign, as well as bringing the car to us. I highly recommend her and this location.

Would not recommend this Dealership

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson from the Somerset dealership on Sept. 30, 2021. On Nov. 22,2021 (53 days after I bought the vehicle)I took it into the Somerset dealership because my check engine light came on. I was charged $58.30 to tell me the Cat Converter was bad, which they would not cover. I bought the GAP insurance, which I was led to believe was to cover bumper to bumper, which was not because they do not cover that part because it is a normal wear and tare on a vehicle. It would have been covered if they would have directed me to take it to a certified Hyundai dealer instead of a Chevrolet dealer that cat convert would have been covered being under 80,000. Now I am paying on a vehicle that sits, because they will not return my phone calls and will not fix my vehicle and have given me the run around for months.
