It’s a shame that people pay top dollar for these cars

It’s a shame that people pay top dollar for these cars and have to put gas in a loaner vehicle. Customers should get at least 50 free miles when paying for service at Audi Allentown.

Hi CBR1994, we appreciate your business and look forward to working with you in the future. We provide the loaners at no charge, and often customer have these cars for varying amounts of time. Therefore we do require customers to return cars with the same amount of gas that was in the car when they took it. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience for you but hope you understand.

This was my first time visit to an Audi dealership. I found everything to be an order and Tyler was very cooperative and polite. There was another issue that I won’t discuss. At this time. It was unrelated to the very good service I received at Audi in Allentown.

Bought a used Audi at this inept dealer and after 30 days

Bought a used Audi at this inept dealer and after 30 days exactly it needed over $8000 in work!!! (Pistons, rings, fuel pump, plugs) Had to fight to get fixed service manager was useless GM Tom never followed through pushed me off on service adviser James who basically told me and I quote him” Audis just revised their car bulletin and stated after Audi reaches 100k these cars need MAJOR work!” Wow I don’t think Audi would like to hear this?! This is a Luxury brand?! I had 2000 VW jetta for 18 yrs with 145k and it did not need pistons or rings when I sold it so something is definitely wrong here?! I know there is a class action lawsuit regarding oil consumption in these cars BUYER BEWARE CIOCCA Audi dealer will not even acknowledge this even though it’s well known! Audi should be thinking twice about this dealer representing their brand! I will be notifying Audi headquarters regarding my experience at this sorry excuse of a dealer where I was treated awful! Stand behind your merchandise ciocca!!! You rip people off and could care less disgusting I will and have been letting everyone know about this lousy dealership and to avoid at all costs!! They could not even do the plugs in my vehicle for goodwill after all of this mess! Sales manager Josh told me and I quote again! “ you bought an 8 yr old car with 83k on” ?! Wow! What the xxxx happened to customer service you didn’t behave that way when I purchased this vehicle!! This dealership lacks big time in customer service pathetic!! do yourself a big favor and go some where else I asked SA James to order me touch up paint and never heard back from him lol what a joke this dealership is I’ve been in customer service for over 35 years and I’ll tell you this is not how you treat customers at a high end dealership they could not even replace brake bar light on vehicle when it was sold to me 1 of lights was out and they passed it through inspection like that again very shady dealership BOTTOM LINE THEY DONT CARE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Hello Suffside, We did all the required work to repair your vehicle and even though it was not covered under warranty we covered the cost. We are not aware of any new issues with your vehicle, so this post 5+ months later comes as a surprise. Blah blah blah I don’t trust any of the managers at this sorry excuse for a business they ALL did me dirty when I purchased this vehicle and they tried to cover it up and blow me off absolutely unacceptable from a big dealership like Ciocca BUYER BEWARE! Tom the GM is where it’s starts and he was useless and barely communicated throughout this whole ordeal it starts at the Top! you need a new GM Audi Ciocca of Allentown!

Truth be told it’s hard to trust Ciocca after what I went through with this car and the dealer It’s really unfortunate i don’t feel I can take my car to this dealer for maintenance where I bought it from because I have no trust in them?! If people and businesses were just honest these things would not happen During the whole awful experience with this vehicle purchase and the engine problems I was not offered one thing for my time and inconvenience from Ciocca NOTHING! Just a lot of attitude You should make it right! Think about it Tom what can you do for me to make this right? and maybe we can turn this awful experience around On an endnote I have been taking care of my 82 year old mother throughout all of this this last year And just wanted a dependable car so you can imagine the stress I endured dealing with this situation Make it right Ciocca!!

We can keep going here if you like I’ve got nothing but time I love my car but that does not get you off the hook for your response to my complaint that you sold me a car with known oil consumption problems ( you serviced this car since 2015) so you knew! About the issues 30 days after purchase car needed new rings plus other things totaling $8000 you sold car to me for 19k you covered it because you SHOULD ETHICALLY!! It was your mess and you put it on me!! So don’t you dare try and turn this around on me I have been taking care of my ailing mother for the last year throughout all this! You dropped the ball and couldn’t even order me touch up paint?! How hard is that fellas??

It’s funny you say it wasn’t covered under warranty because the warranty company took care of it. I’m gonna give them a call to and let them know the situation. Get your facts straight

Very poor service.

Very poor service. 5+ hours to get through the p-work to buy a car. Car delivered dirty. Requested a car wash, came back, still dirty. Requested it to be washed again, after waiting 30 minutes, I just took it all dirty. Sales person knew nothing. Constantly having to ask someone else for answers. Business manager trying to upsell scam extended warranties. Trade value reduced when we showed up with the car. Try to find another dealer before using this one.
