Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! We don’t even know where to start. Audi Ann Arbor is designed to drain your money like no other dealership—plain and simple (and I won’t use the S**m word, but you get the idea). * They charged us a significant amount for a repair they didn’t even fix. * When confronted, they refused to own their mistake or offer any reasonable compensation. * Their response? That an Audi after 8–9 years is “an old car” and should be replaced—conveniently offering us just $4,000 for a $50,000 car (all because of the issue they failed to fix). * Customer service? Far from even a fair one. We’re escalated this to Audi Corporate, they said they can't do anything... This will be our last Audi vehicle, and we wouldn’t wish our experience on anyone. (And if Audi Ann Arbor try to respond here with excuses/lies, I’ll be more than happy to list every single detail)

The support from the Germain Porsche team was excellent;

The support from the Germain Porsche team was excellent; both myself and my wife we especially appreciated Mr. Eric Gedeon who helped us navigate through our sometimes conflicting vehicle performance requirements. His knowledge and understanding of Porsche vehicles was a key factor that helped us to make the right choice. Eric created a friendly atmosphere each time we visited the dealership, making us feeling welcomed. At the end, we got a perfect vehicle we always wanted to drive.

We had an amazing experience.

We had an amazing experience.!! I went initially without my husband and scheduled to meet with Patrick Curley. He is awesome ! He was attentive but not high pressure. He worked very hard at getting me the exact car I desired!! The buying process was exceptional. The best I have experienced. Easy, quick and no surprises. I could not be happier with my new Q5 and the entire experience !!!

Germain is an outstanding dealer organization. Phil Kaiser is the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with. Over the last 22 years, I have owned VW's, Audi's and Porsche's. Phil always has a plan for my service visit and reviews the work that was done and what I should be anticipating in the future. There are never any surprises, and everything is completed on time and within the quoted estimate. I don't ever think about taking my car to another dealer or independent repair shop. It's not the money, it is the excellent value of the entire customer relationship that makes me committed to Phil Kaiser and the Germain group.
