Brittany was awesome! Very very knowledgeable about the car! Answered every question we had, let us take as much time with the car that we needed. Was very quick with the paperwork. We didn’t have to sit around the dealership all day waiting. Will definitely be the first place I look when looking for our next vehicle!!

I had a truly frustrating and unsafe experience with
I had a truly frustrating and unsafe experience with Birmingham Luxury Motors. Wesley Luster sold me a Tesla that hadn’t been updated in two years—no horn, no working turn signals—and falsely claimed it came directly from Tesla. I confirmed with Tesla that they don’t sell vehicles in that condition. Wesley also had trouble dealing with a direct woman, and I had to get a male friend to pose as my husband just to finalize the deal. Toward the end, both Wesley and Lance in finance became unresponsive, ignored my calls, and didn’t follow through on their word. I ended up needing an emergency update at Tesla to fix the safety issues and had to buy new tires myself. In short, I can’t recommend this dealership at all. They were not honest or professional, and the experience was a hassle from start to finish. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
