Amazing Experience

Above expectations

This is my 3rd MINI Cooper Hardtop from MINI of Manhattan, and working with Maried Arroyo on this latest purchase was a dream. She was responsive, personable, and patient with me. She went above & beyond in scouting dealer inventories for the exact model I wanted, finally locating one in Boston and arranging to have it transported to NYC. The dealer incentives were larger than I expected, which helped me get some nice extras within the budget I had set. Everything was done online or over the phone, and couldn't have been easier (or safer during this pandemic). And I felt like a VIP when Maried delivered my new car to me and drove off with my trade-in; I hadn't been expecting this and it was a really nice perk! A few days later, she gave me a video tutorial to make sure I understood all the fancy new features that had been added in the 10 years since my last purchase. All in all, I'm super pleased with the process, with Maried and the sales team, and with my new baby!

Electric!!!!

I bought my first Mini from Mini of Manhattan SIXTEEN years ago, the most basic model, manual gear shift, no moon roof, no turbo. It saw me through three moves, dozens of trips to IKEA, and my three children growing up and leaving home. The engine had to be replaced when I drove into a three-foot puddle on Furman Street in Brooklyn (fortunately the original warranty was still in force). I went through two clutches and every other part from fuel pump to radiator (twice). I thought I'd never be able to give it up—until Mini finally brought out an electric model this spring. My endlessly patient salesperson Maried Arroyo walked me through picking the model, the financing, the down payment and every detail. The car was ordered and arrived from the UK in New York essentially on the very day we went into covid-19 lockdown. And it sat there until one day towards the end of May Maried called and said she'd deliver it to me, in Brooklyn, in person. I would have kissed her if it weren't for the masks (and the social distancing). To cut to the chase, I have my electric Mini, it's like some silent dream. Maried FaceTimed me through every bit of the insanely detailed electronics, including a remote reboot when it turned out that somehow Apple Carplay hadn't been installed at the factory. I am now an expert on where to find fast charging stations and planning a trip to Maine in August! My husband thinks I'm nuts and we're doing it anyway. Thank you Mini, and most of all thank you Maried!

Easy to deal with.

The salesmanager Catherine was a pleasure to deal with. She made the transaction a vey painless experience, even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, which created staffing shortages at the dealership.

I had the absolute pleasure of working towards my new...

I had the absolute pleasure of working towards my new Mini with Sasha and I couldn’t have tortured a salesperson more. I had definite requirements during this pandemic and the poor man couldn’t be more accommodating. I complained about the cost, down payment, color of car and emailed him at least four times a day. He answered each and every concern promptly, cheerfully and good and never gave me the attitude or made me feel stupid. He’s an outstanding person at what he does. The young lady who was there yesterday to hand me the keys to my new car was also very helpful. In total my experience so far at Mini of Manhattan was excellent and I’m looking forward to being a long time customer here.

This is our second lease from Mini and we contacted Sasha...

This is our second lease from Mini and we contacted Sasha again because he was so helpful the first time. He made the process of online leasing very simple and a few Emails later I picked up my new car. The exchange was an easy outdoor transaction with Catherine who kept it quick, safe and pleasant. Very pleased with the whole process and love the car. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

We picked up our Mini Cooper S today. The process of...

We picked up our Mini Cooper S today. The process of leasing it was very simple. We spoke to Sasha on the phone only once, then everything was online. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Picking it up at the dealership was also very easy. Catherine had the car ready and we just had to sign. It was very nice working with Sasha.

between a 2006 pre-owned Toyota highlander or gle

I've so far seen a handful of amazing cars on the cars.com and Carfax web portal.. I have just been confused on which car to shop, but apparently it's should be a pre-owned car

Third car leased from Mini of Manhattan

Just picked up the third car I have leased from Mini of Manhattan. Process was smooth and they were very accommodating considering the general disruption from Covid. MINI= THE BEST

Some would think that leasing a car during the heart of the Virus would be a difficult and stressful process but Sasha made everything work seamlessly. Now leasing our 2nd MINI, the care and attention that MINI ( and specifically Sasha) gives their customer is unparalleled. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and would recommend this dealership to anyone without any hesitation. Thank you Sasha!
