Poor Quality Checks on Used Cars
I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee with 24K miles from this outlet in 2018. Now, just a year since purchasing it, and with only 30.5K miles, I have to replace abnormally worn and damaged driveshaft carrier bearings (2) and the entire driveshaft - a major, expensive repair. I only put 6K miles in just over a year and I've got to replace the driveshaft. Also, found many cigarette butts in the spare tire well after purchase. Turns out that this operation is an outlet for less-than-prime used cars for a large Rochester, NY dealer. Will probably get rid of this Jeep and cut my losses.

Owner should consider starting over with managers
Their advertisements are false and their managers tell one lie after another...I went be back and not will anyone I know. My advice would to be look elsewhere!

have bought three car so far from auto outlet and have no complants. sales personal are very helpful but not pushy. we bring all our cars into the service center for any general maintence they might need. would go back anytime we need another and have.
