Bad business practices.

Bad business practices. Had an appointment to test drive and buy a vehicle. After returning from the test drive my salesman told me that vehicle was sold while I was gone. Then, another gypsy salesman came by and proceeded to try to get us in a new vehicle and told me he’d mark up the vehicle since we were paying cash because “we don’t make any money since you’re not financing” I guess this dealership isn’t used to doing business with people who don’t finance or lease cars and the Gypsy salesman isn’t used to owning cars either. Very unprofessional. Don’t forget what it’s like when times aren’t so great to sell cars.

Recently purchased a used 2020 Bmw x3m competition.

Recently purchased a used 2020 Bmw x3m competition. I was extremely pleased buying the car. I was extremely pleased with the vehicle until yesterday, which was 2 days after the purchase. I bought license plate brackets and discovered that the salesman had drove a 1” long screw into the tailgate of a $74,000 vehicle. When i called the salesman admitted doing it and apologized. I was supposed to receive a phone call the next morning and it never came. When i called the sales manager “Jose” said he was waiting for me to call. Hmmm, good way to do business? Not sure it is. Then only to hear that they will “fix it”, not replace it and it is them that has to do the work. Would you trust a place that couldn’t put a license plate on to properly do paint work?

Working with Michael McShane was a great experience.

Working with Michael McShane was a great experience. He was understanding and very direct. He went above and beyond to show me the features of the vehicle I wanted, during the test drive, got me approved for financing, and got me the best auto insurance rate I've ever had, through a partner's quote. He valued my time and showed me much respect with no pressure. I spent very minimal time at the dealership, and he took care of just about everything for me. Thanks for EVERYTHING Mike, and Boch Hyundai!

We had an excellent experience with Joel Lobo at Boch Hyundai! He was helpful, friendly and- as his coworkers describe him- a perfect gentleman. Joel went above and beyond to help us find the best deal for our new car, and along with his manager Wassim, made the experience smooth and positive.

Wassim and José are the best team to work with. I’ve worked with José nearly 15 years through many dealerships and then when my oldest daughter purchased her Hyundai, Wassim was her salesman. Exceptional sales experience and professionalism! Not many dealers out there that have integrity and this GM is one of the best! I’ve purchased over 34 vehicles in my day and dealt with many dealerships, but I will only trust this dealership because they treat you like family! You’re not just a sale to them. Cedric was great to buy from. He took a transaction that has the potential to be very difficult and stressful and made it super easy. I felt like i was talking with a friend rather than a salesman as he was willing to work with me and made the deal happen. The finance manager JJ was the same way! Smooth transaction from the beginning to the end. I showed up to see the truck and ended up leaving with it about an hour and a half later. I highly recommend going to see Cedric if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!
