He is very prompt and courteous when I contact him about scheduling a service. Services are completed promptly and accurately. He knows my vehicle well and what services are necessary when. My husband surprised me with a 2017 Infinity QX80 for my 40th Birthday! It wouldn’t have been possible without the salesman, Brandon Gould! He worked with my husband over and beyond to make it happen ! The SHOCKER was.. he spent his entire night away from his wife and family to drive my car to a restaurant, and he waited until we were finished with dinner( 10:30 at night) video’d the surprise, had a HUGE RED BOW on the car and then... took more time to show me how it worked in and out!!
