Leith Ford

I always take my older 2002 Ford freestar van in for any repair or service work at Leigh Ford Wendell NC. They are very knowledgeable an up to date. They keep good service records also.

I went to the Ford dealerships in Smithfield and Raleigh, only to experience the most pathetic excuse for auto service I've ever had. LEITH FORD IS GREAT! Leith took the time to hire and train people who actually get it DONE.

We brought out mid -size suv in for lube and brake service. All were completed satisfactorily the same day as the appointment. Only negative was the wait time for a scheduled appointment. It was a little over a week wait for an appointment.

First service on my Ranger. The staff was very friendly and appointment was on time. The service tech sent a video of the work they were performing on the truck. That was pretty cool.

Service department took good fast care of my needs and made sure I didn’t do things not needed yet. Saved me time and money.

Although the manufacturer took their sweet time supplying parts to dealership, the folks and services at said dealership were pretty great! Aj and Amber were patient, courteous, and were overall outstanding throughout every interaction.

We recently had some customer service work done at Leith Ford /Wendell NC. Working with Dave the service manger we were able to get a timely appointment and the follow up and work done was excellent. Highly reccomend !!

Had issue with truck. They did everything they could to get fixed fast and correctly. Even gave me a couple different loaner vehicles while they worked with Ford to fix my truck to brand new condition.

Did my service on schedule. Was done in a timely manner Good dealership to work with. Pricing was reasonable for my service. Friendly staff and service writers.

I had the pleasure of working with Steven awesome guy took car of us over the phone. Showed up to everything that we were looking at ready to be viewed. Highly recommend this guys for anyone that’s in the market to purchase a vehicle. They also didn’t hesitate to help me out either with the buying process, they have a good selection of vehicles that are priced well in today’s markets.
