Although not purchasing my 2020 kia Sorento at Billion they have always given me fast friendly service when I need it. Explained all work that needed done and charged a reasonable price.

Awesome, cheerful, caring service. The visit was for recall work, but I mentioned some sounds from my radio that concerned me. My radio now sounds better! Alllllll free.

We worked with Keagan on our 2014 Kia Sorento. He helped us to get an engine replacement. He was very quick to respond, worked very hard for us and suggested a loaner car. We were very happy with the level of service we received. You is a great asset to Billion Kia!

Kierron and Josh were great through the whole process. Never felt pressured to buy. They listened to my concerns and helped me understand what I was getting. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Kierron, he has always been great. First time working with Josh, would recommend to him anyone.

I had a superb experience with the recent service appointment for my Kia. I was greeted by name as soon as I entered the garage, and the technician was very helpful into only regarding the actual technical side of the services, but he helped me find a secure space to store my purse so I could go for a walk during the appointment. I was given an accurate estimate of the time needed for the repair work, and the explanation at the end was respectful and to my level of understanding. I will be happy to return to this Kia dealership in the future, and I won’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
