I recently had the pleasure of working with Jose and Juan at Ball Kia for the purchase of not one, but two new Kias. Both times, Jose provided exceptional service that was so impressive I made sure to coordinate my purchase around his schedule. He's knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about the customers' needs. Juan in finance complements this outstanding service with his expertise and friendly approach, making the usually tedious paperwork process smooth and understandable. Together, they represent the heart and soul of the dealership, and it's their dedication that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a seamless car buying experience!

Alex and the rest of the staff at Ball Kia worked

Alex and the rest of the staff at Ball Kia worked patiently with us as we were figuring out if the Sorento was right for vehicle for our family. They lead us through multiple test drives and throughly answered our questions about the vehicle. Moreover, they gave us a solid explanation about financing vs. purchasing the vehicle. Also, they went above and beyond when they helped us get a few accessories for the interior. Thanks Alex, you and your colleagues are amazing!

Great overall service!

My car needed a new engine due to the recall. I spoke to the manager Ernie Preciado and he took the time and explained how the whole process was going to be. When the time came and my engine completely failed, I called him and he immediately guided me and got my car in. It took a little longer than expected to have the new engine replaced because there are too many cars waiting to have the same service but throughout the process they kept me informed of what was going on and the best part is that I’m extremely grateful that everything went as planned. Thank you Ball Kia Service Department, to their fantastic manager and also to Felipe who is always so extremely helpful!

Excellent experience

Excellent service! Customer satisfaction is obviously their main concern! I highly recommend this dealership! I have purchased several cars from Ball Auto Group and have never been disappointed!

Basic deceitful dealership

I called this dealership since it was the closest to my home and wanted to see if they would accommodate me seeing if a $50,000+ vehicle would work in our garage. We just wanted to pull it in the garage, see how the clearance was on the doors, and bring it back. Maybe a few more miles than a standard test drive. I talked to David on the phone and he said they might be able to help but to stay by my phone because it would be during a certain time, if they were able to do it at all. I agreed and they actually called me the next day at about 4pm. I told them I could wrap up what I was doing and be there in 35 minutes, they said that would work. I got to the dealership and Gerry asked me what I am looking for and if I am going to purchase it tonight. I advised them if they had a Plug-in Hybrid Sorento in Light interior/Exterior color, I would buy it tonight. Gerry, I assume the manager, said okay and told the salesperson to grab the keys and they both went inside. It was taking them about 5 minutes or so to grab the keys, which was odd, and then they came out without keys. That’s when Gerry told me that they were not going to be able to accommodate my request. While they were grabbing keys, he checked the computer system and found that no vehicles were en route that fit our color request. Gerry said they couldn't let me test drive the car because of that. I just walked away since it was a perfect showing of their lack of respect for customers and people in general. They don’t care about wasting people's time, resources, or standing behind their word. It was a PERFECT showing that they only care about sales and how basic and deceitful they truly are as sales people. THANK YOU Kia of National City, for making sure I will NEVER be a customer at your dealership and showing who you truly are!

Quotation Fail

Tried to get a price set on new Kia Seltos. I was going to drive from L.A. to get the car as they had the color combo I was looking for. They would only quote MSRP unless I was at the deaership. Not going to drive from LA unless we had a deal. Even had a Costco referral and offered to wire them a deposit. They were not interested unless I first drove down.

Excellent Service and customer service!!

So friendly and willing to go above and beyond! Gave me a loaner car and had my car washed when I returned to pick it up! Best treatment by a dealership I have ever received!!

Identity theft

It is incredible they do not verify information. I received a notification that I had an appointment for services and never had business with Kia. Someone provided my full information to Kia for services and I have never had a Kia or business with them. Now I am afraid someone is stealing my identity.

The Sales manager was very friendly and helpful. No pressure . He will look for a vehicle that fits my needs. Probably the easiest dealership to work with.

Won’t buy here or in California anymore

If you are thinking about getting a higher trim model they will try to charge to thousands more on top of already paying Kia’s price for the higher trim. Also if you military they will force to you register it in California instead of her home of record. I was mislead thinking I was getting just temp tags in order to go to my home state and register. Instead they filed it in California to get plates which I told them I would walk if I had to get plates here. Will never buy from there again.
