The entire process was outstanding! The staff of Chad Potter the GM, Renze of sales and Amen for finance were so very easy to work with and were so professional! It made buying my new Miata an awesome experience! Renze even took extra time to get me completely comfortable with the car!🚗

Amazing Service Experience!

We brought our 2019 CX5 to this dealership for service, when our Catalytic Converter was stolen. Due to supply chain issues, it was going to take months to get the parts from Japan. Herzog-Meirer, provided us with a 2021 CX5 to drive, on loan, while we waited for the repair to be completed. Our service rep, Dayton was great – keeping us updated on our car's progress. We highly recommend this dealership to any Mazda owners, looking to service their car in the Portland area. We have other Mazda dealers closer to our home location, but Herzog-Meirer, is worth driving a little further for the service that they provide!

Another great service experience

I was able to get my car in quickly due to a last minute cancellation-also, the service team was very thorough and I appreciate the video inspection. My service advisor, Greg, was super responsive and helped me prioritize the recommended service items.

Not your average dealership.

After a couple of weeks of negotiations, Carmen was able to get me the deal that I wanted. She is tough, but fair, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Herzog-Meier for your next car purchase.

100,000 mile service

Service representative was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. The vehicle I had them service had over 100,000 miles on it. I expect a lot more miles ahead.
