Subaru Legacy
I was unhappy with the lady who sends out car titles. When I asked if my title had been sent out, she gave me the impression that she did not like my question and was very short with me on the phone.

Provided perfect car for me
I needed to replace a 2018 limited crosstrek, it was the loaded 50th anniversary Subaru. Brunswick had a sapphire blue 2024 crosstrek limited posted to be arriving soon. I called the dealership spoke to a salesperson who provided all the info I needed, closed the deal on the phone and the dealership facilitated all the paperwork etc. They arranged delivery of my car about 2 weeks later, when it arrived. Received my title today so the experience is now complete. I highly recommend Brunswick .

Always problems with tires
Always problems with tires. One tire the developed a bubble. Car had only 5k on it. They don't warrantee. They send you off to Subaru Customer care, who one can never get a hold off, just to have them tell you it's not there problem and tell you to call the tire manufacturer. Very disappointed!!!

Streamlined purchase of 2023 Subaru Impreza.
My sales guy, Patrick, responded quickly, professionally, and accurately, making the purchase very easy. We agreed on the deal, including trade-in, without any need for me to visit the dealership, and the deal was honored without any issue when I showed up at the dealership to retrieve my new Impreza,.The Dealer ship itself was also very nice and everyone working there was extremely helpful.
