Good Experience

I have bought many cars through the years and had some good experiences and some bad ones. I was in and out about an hour including my test drive. We agreed to a price, I said I need to go as I had a grand child's ball game to get to and I would pick up the new car the next day. I arrived at the dealership, found my salesman (Kevin Middleton) wrote a check, signed some papers and was on my way. Kevin called later to tell me they had some accesories that belonged with the vehicle I bought. I stopped by the next day and got an assortment of things I had not expected.

In and out and very happy!

I have bought many cars over the years, this was my 10th. I couldnt of had a better experience in every aspect. I bought a 2015 jeep patriot with John Michael. The entire process from settling on a great price to finalizing the deal with the banks which again very pleased and i dont have the greatest credit. They had my vehicle cleaned and in tip top shape to go in no time and i was out the door. From walking in the door to leaving with my vehicle took less than 3hrs. Best buying experience ive had to date! Thank you Expressway.

An experience to remember!!!!

Dealing with John Harper , Ed G. and Todd S. was an enlightening experience. One of the few dealerships where you can look at the vehicles without a bunch of salespersons circling around pushing you into a sale. Employees were all courteous and friendly. Todd explained, in detail, the paperwork and other buyers options. Good dealership to work with.

New Truck

Matt Pfingston was a very good salesman and very informative while explaining about my new truck..He took the extra time and effort that made me make my decision to purchase the Dodge..Brain Dillon in service dept was also very nice and pleasant well..I am very satisfied.

Excellent new car buying experience and service after the sa

Jeep Grand Cherokee

Worked with Mark in the past on previous car purchase about a year ago. He goes above and beyond what you would expect. This latest purchase, Mark was in the middle of another deal but he stopped to help get us in contact with Frank Fabiano who was also very helpful and patient. At the end of the deal Mark came back to check and make sure we were comfortable with our purchase process. Will deal with either of these two gentlemen again for future purchases.

Love the car not the water

Two days after we got the car there was water in the back floor board , we keep cleaning it up but more comes in same place . I was told there is 3 may be 4 places where water comes in . we have it at Ruxer ford in jasper Ind and there trying to find out where its coming from . I think we are going to get a large bill over this and its going to hurt , should have returned the car but we do like it . Tamara c Lillpop / Morgan J Lillpop

Toyota Tundra

Service with a smile-

The employee [James Gaston| that waited on me was very nice. After changing oil on my jeep the employee came out and explained to me about the inspection he did. I had forgotten about the trailer hitch recall they had sent information to me about last year but he let me know that he checked it out and put a sticker on the hitch to let me know that it passed inspection. Now that is service. I was a little disappointed that I had not received a discount on my oil change though and was told they are not the ones that send them out. Hmmmm I wonder why they quit sending them out. Overall I was very satisfied.

Our latest truck purchase

We have purchased 5 Dodge Dakotas, 2 minivans, and three Dodge Rams (in our immediate family) from Expressway over the years. We always head there we we are in the market for a new vehicle. Sales people work hard to find you what you are looking for without any pressure sales.
