Customer experience

I liked the communication the best. I received text messages and emails so we were very informed with everything. Also everyone was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

it took less time than the estimated repair. The people were very courteous. The restroom and waiting areas were clean.

Friendly and competent

All service technicians were friendly and seemed competent. Communication was clear and work completed on time. Only issue is that waiting area is very small.

Service great but 2016 car has a problem stalling

The personnel were great and could not have been nicer. On the other hand I was very disappointed that I could not get an answer as to why my car gets times where it hesitates and won't go after coming to a stop.

Great service

Pressure free and they had no issues with test driving multiple cars even though covid19 sanitization was required-they were willing to do the extra work to make sure I was making the correct purchase

Oil change

I had a great and speedy service for the oil change and inspection. I did have a funny thing happen though, the service agent came into the waiting room and i was in the service office area when he called my name. i only heard Michael called not my last name clearly and a older man said he was Michael and they asked him that the rear wiper had to be replaced and did he want the car wash also. He said yes to both. I knew my rear wiper was not working quite right. So i followed the service agent into the bay area and went straight to my vehicle parked in the bay getting worked on. I told him and the others there, that the Outback needed the new rear wiper unit was mine. I told the agent that i did want the rear wiper replaced and the car washed. He made sure that the paperwork had my name on it and was for the right vehicle. They took care of the possible error.

Helpful people

I wasn't sure where to go for service, so I parked my Outback in a line (wrong One) and asked at the desk. The person said they would take care of everything -- even moving the car into the correct lane.
