This has been the worst post car purchase customer

This has been the worst post car purchase customer service I have ever experienced! We specifically went to Hanlees, from Rancho Cordova, because I had purchased 2 other cars with them before and had a wonderful experience! We can rarely get in touch with someone, the paint guy NEVER showed up for our appt, zero follow through for their customers. I absolutely regret purchasing a vehicle from Hanlees Nissan. I worked in the car biz for years with companies such as Swift and The Neillos. If we provided the crap customer service link we are receiving I would have expected a write up or being fired. Such a shame! I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them again. Now if we can get our flipping seat sensors replaced, our recall and get the paint guy to do the xxxxxx job we paid for. 🤦‍♀️ Just skip this location completely. Sarah Mutschler

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE. The current service advisor, Adolfo, is incompetent and will lie to your face. He will tell you that some work or test was performed on your car that actually WAS NOT PERFORMED. The lie he told me cost me almost $200 (FALSE DIAGNOSTIC service fee) and would have cost me over $800 if I had taken his repair recommendation. I ultimately had to have the problem with my car repaired elsewhere at an honest and competent repair shop. My experience convinced me that Hanlees is only concerned with fleecing as many Nissan owners as possible....providing customers with quality service and honesty isn't on its radar. STAY FAR FAT FAR AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP.

They were nice, and efficient.

They were nice, and efficient. The price was quite a bit lower than anything else I had found in 3weeks. And they got me a competitive rate on financing. Worked with Joan Hironaka and Cheryl Krajcar and they were both wonderful!

Very nice. Informative. Good follow up. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He made sure to follow up and provide estimates for service.
