Justin took such great care of me and my family when we were looking for a car. He really listened to what we wanted, answered every question in detail, and made us feel welcomed. We could tell he knew his cars inside and out, but more importantly, he cared about what was best for us, not just the sale. When things got complicated during the process, he patiently walked us through it step by step and did everything in his power to make it happen. At the end of the day, we didn’t just drive away with a car, we drove away feeling respected and confident we made the right choice because he went above and beyond for us. Tried for over a week to reach out & get a salesperson to physically call me only to have no response. Even sent messages to individual salespeople & still nothing. Unless you walk in with a briefcase full of cash, don’t bother!

Tried for over a week to get any salesperson to contact me to no avail. A lady named Natalie Jones stated via text that someone would contact me for two days in a row but never received any contact. E-mailed Justin Mciltrot & also received no response. If you don’t have a briefcase full of cash don’t bother trying to purchase a car here! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at ANY auto dealership!
