Sales Rep. Gary LaVine was very helpful and professional in our search for a late model Outback and got us into a slightly used 2021 model while meeting our price limit. Gary has continued to assist us with the installation of additional equipment. He has been a pleasure to work with as has everyone at Tonkin Subaru.

Absolutely do not recommend going to this location for service/repairs. I had to bring my car in a second time for a recall repair because the first time they said my car wasn’t affected. Months later and still getting notices to fix the recall, I find out that my car was in fact affected. My problem is with the customer service aspect. Both times I’ve come in they’ve been extremely rude in their tone! Not friendly at all in a position of customer service. Gave them one star because I wasn’t allowed to leave 0

Our son bought a new car from Tonkin and was very pleased. So, we live over a hundred miles away and didn't want to make several trips to The Dalles to 'shop'. Based on our son's recommendation we picked the car out online, made the deal online, and, one trip to Tonkin, did the paperwork, took an instructional drive, and drove the new car home. Very good experience. Salesman, Jayme, was great.
