I would like to write a review for Danny McDuffee who is currently a manager at Bob Valenti VW in Mystic, CT. He sold me my VW Tiguan in November, 2012. It took me almost 4 months to make up my mind on purchasing the Tiguan and Danny was most patient with me. He went out with me on numerous test drives for the same vehicle. He was always pleasant to deal with and would do anything to help me. I believe he went above and beyond what most car salesmen would do and still had a smile on his face! Danny set up my Bluetooth for my iPhone in the car and then set it up once again 2 years later when I got a new phone. He was always happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend doing business with Danny McDuffee. He deserved the promotion to manager that he got. And I am still in love with my Tiguan!

Dan McDuffee is the MAN! Valenti is a household name in my house. Family has been buying cars from there for years. It was the first and only place I went. I stopped in one evening to see Dan McDuffee and we chatted about what I was looking for. He ultimately kept his eye out for what I wanted and let me know when something that I might be interested in would come on the lot. Went in on a Saturday at 10am to test drive a nice clean used Jetta TDI (I commuted 150 miles round trip per day) and we sat down to talk price. After a bit of back and forth I ended up paying less than I was expecting!! They started the paperwork while I left to attend a funeral and waited for me to get back afterward to pick up my new car! Dan and the staff at Valenti VW treated me like I was family! This is the only place I will buy a car from and highly recommend them to anyone I know that is looking.

I have had nothing but positive experiences when purchasing from Valenti in Mystic as well as the after-sale maintenance and any questions that I have had about the vehicle. In particular, there is one salesperson named Dan McDuffee who has been very easy to work with and paid close attention to our needs when purchasing a vehicle. He always followed up with us promptly, had a terrific attitude and explained fully all the information we needed to have at our disposal during the process. Overall, Dan was great to work with and I highly recommend him to my friends who are in the car market as well as Valenti overall.

I had a wonderful expiriance when I bought my new car at Valenti's that was do to the great sale an we had Dan McDuffy made the whole expiriance painless. I will be coming back the next time I am in the market for a car.

Dan McDuffy sold me two Jettas in 2007. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
