Bad experience

Very very bad experience. Not recommended at all. Do not come here expecting you are getting any help in the buying process. Too many undisclosed policies.

Working with them was a pleasure and they are very accommodating. We have not been able to reach an agreement on pricing but that doesn’t reflect on their professionalism. It’s always what someone wants for a vehicle vs what someone is will to pay.

I had a great experience with them.

I had a great experience with them. My sales person was Glen, he was professional and personable, and honest. He responded to my questions to the best of his knowledge, and he responded to my texts promptly. Their Finance person George was also professional. They were both very friendly.

Buyer beware

This is a review for Everett west coast autoworks traded in 2 cars for 1, one of my cars was paid off which they gave me 10 grand in trade in credit for and turned around and they sold me a 2014 Porsche cayenne turbo that had various pre-existing conditions which were covered under warranty they knew this car had issues and sales rep told me to commit fraud to get it covered under the aftermarket warranty! the lemon they sold me has been sitting at Porsche of Bellevue for 5+ months and I've spent over a thousand on car payments because they decided to screw me over. Called to try and make things right and they were unwilling to help. For anyone thinking of getting a vehicle from these snakes please go elsewhere

Just what I needed, at the price I wanted

I just wanted to take a moment to write about my thoroughly pleasant experience with Glen and West Coast Auto Works. Normally I don't write reviews, however since our last car purchase went so smoothly I wanted to write a sentence or two. Glen was very thoughtful about my needs in a vehicle, and not once did I feel pressured during the entire process. I had my baseline wants and budget, and he worked hard alongside me to accommodate. In the end I purchased exactly what was needed at a very fair price ("Excellent Price" according to TrueCar). I'll be looking to Glen and West Coast Auto Works for my next purchase as well. Many thanks to that team.

They buy all their vehicles from auctions at cheap prices...

They buy all their vehicles from auctions at cheap prices then add huge markup. The problem I have with them is I hit a curb and shifted my front axle to the passenger side and I bought it 10 months ago. My insurance totaled out the truck due to the fact they were able to pull patches of rust off the frame they put black and white spay paint to cover over all rust to make a dollar To a dime don't recommend coming here
