Just take it to your mechanic before you sign

Brought a escalade from them ,it was a good experience joe told my wife and I to take it to my mechanic any problem call me, well I did ,engine mounts were cracked so I called joe he basically told me my mechanic was just trying to get work all because I question his 118 point inspection t. and how could they have miss that . Thank god their warranty company they use for the 3months is good they covered the mounts If you buy a car from these guys . just go take it to your mechanic before you sign the papers . I still had to pay an extra $600 for hose leaks, oil cooler gaskets which warranty didn't cover. I should have taken it to my mechanic first.

Dealer response

Hi Tom, Sorry we missed your inquiry. We are here to sell cars not ignore people, fact is it happened I apologize. It may have been easier to make a quick call than wait 15 days to write a review like this. I do know it would have been a lot less typing. Also I believe we should've done better than 1 star on pricing or you would not have inquired in the first place. Things happen, again I apologize. Take care, Best Wishes.

Fair and Flawless Service

Joe answered my first question by quoting me an accurate cash walk-away price in detail. The price was rated as very fair by Car Sense. The vehicle, a 2010 Subaru Forester, had very low mileage. Joe allowed me to take the car to a Subaru Dealer for a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection revealed one very minor flaw that would not cause a car to fail inspection (cracks in rubber bushings). Joe had the bushings replaced prior to purchase for no additional charge. H stuck with his quoted price. Joe did all of the registration and title work. He very kindly updated the address on my daughter's driver's license. He also very kindly provided a carfax report on another one of our cars in order to help us answer some questions about its history. Joe's service was impeccable and extraordinary, considering that it all took place during the Covid-19 restrictions placed on businesses. I tried to look at used Subarus at two other dealers and was denied permission to go into their offices or take the cars out for a test drive. Other dealers acted helpless. Joe was the epitome of helpful. When I am ready for my next car, I will be sure to call North American Auto Liquidators FIRST and let them know what I am looking for. I am certain that they will find it!

bottom tier

i schedule an appointment for a buick for sale. when i show up for the test drive, the car doesn’t even start, the guy needed my help to jump it. and the first time he tried to jump it and told me to turn the key he didn’t even have the jumper cables on the batter (I wish i was joking) at this point i give him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it’s just the battery or the starter, but when i drive the car the transmission was screaming, if you buy a car from these guys you’ll be screwed i can promise you that.

Dealer response

Hi Dabriel, I appreciate the review. You know when you go out of your way to assist someone and you see this type of review you wonder about two things, 1) What kind of person is this 2) Does the person have a legitimate complaint? I know the answer to number 2 is no you do not have a complaint other than you have no clue how to operate the vehicle. You said you wanted a Denali because of all the features, when it came time to show you the features and how they work you said you knew everything. Apparently you don't, you have made that perfectly clear. You had an issue with the vehicle 2 months after your purchase, it wasn't covered under the warranty but we fixed it at NO CHARGE and gave you a vehicle to use while it was being repaired. So we do you a favor and this is how you return the favor, thank you it's appreciated. I wish you the best in the future.

Snagged a cheap Chevy for my son!!!!

I was the highest bidder on a 2003 Chevy Cavalier for my son off eBay being sold by this Dealer. Gentleman I spoke to from the office were very friendly. I picked the car up and had it serviced since I would be driving it 350 miles back home. Even the technicians at Firestone couldn't believe how old the car vs the good solid condition of it. Other than some struts a couple of tires, and an oil change, car had no issues. Best part is......my son loves it!!!

Really nice employees!

I went to view a used car and they gave me no trouble at all! The test drive was really quick and easy. They also offered a really good deal for the car I want.

Great Place to Purchase a Car

I recently purchased a 1998 Ford Mustang GT from North American Auto Liquidators, the car is in excellent condition and runs great. There is no rust on the outer surface of the car and the underside is very clean and practically rust free. I dealt with Jason, the sales associate, he was very helpful, professional, and made the sale a very good experience. I met the owner Robert, he is very honorable and a man of good character.
