LUV BERGSTROM KIA

My only negative thing about my Kia Sorento was waiting so long to buy it. I LOVE IT!!!

Shopping for a used car - bought a new 1 instead!

I went in to Bergstrom really on a whim. I'd been shopping (primarily online) for a Soul. I live in Green Bay and was in Appleton to have lunch with friends, and decided to look at a Kia dealership. I was greeted right away by a salesperson (Mo), who was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. He first showed me a new 2016 Soul, and though I looked at several others, I was taken with the 2016 right away. Although I was determined NOT to buy a car that day, I did leave with it. The visit did take considerably longer than I would have expected. There were some issues with the financing documents (the finance person was new), and I was never shown all of the financing options Mo told me I would see. I have some experience in the finance industry, so I was able to do the math myself to determine I was getting the best option. I felt the sales manager (I believe his name was Kevin) was a little pushier than I would prefer, but that's just personal preference really. All in all, it was a good experience, and so far I LOVE the car!

Excellent Salesman--Shawn Burnach

I had an amazing experience with Shawn Burnach--he took the time to figure out my budget, wants and needs and was able to help me choose the best vehicle for me and my family. I decided to go with a 2017 Kia Sportage and a lease was the best option for me which I've never had a salesman ever mention a lease. Thank you Shawn and the rest of the team at Bergstrom Kia--I've already sent a few people Shawn's way and will continue to do so. ?

Best experience with buying a car I've ever had. Salesman was very attentive and answered all of my questions - typically emailed to him - in a vey timely manner. Friendly, professional. I would highly recommend Bergstrom

Awesome customer service!

Charles, Shawn, and Troy all went above and beyond to make my buying experience smooth and easy. I was able to arrange to purchase a new car for my daughter over the phone. I was contacted multiple times to make the sales experience easy. I flew in, was picked up at the airport, went to the dealership, and completed the sale quickly. Great car, great price, and great service!

Good experience

The salespeople were very friendly and mostly knowledgeable. One of the two that we worked with was a little casual with his language, using a word a couple of times that could have been offensive to some. But I would recommend them as a group.
