Fidelity Ventures

I recently visited Fidelity Ventures Dallas to buy a used car, it looked to be in very good shape on the lot. However, now that I've had it for a few weeks it's clear that the quality is far lower than it first appears. It seems the dealer repainted the car with some kind of cheap metallic paint. They clearly did not take the proper measures to prepare the car before painting, and the overall quality is just bad. As for how the car actually drives, it isn't much better. They chose not to inform us of the severe alignment and vibration problems, and in fact we specifically asked if the vehicle has traction control, to which they said yes, only to find out that it does not. The overall condition of the car is very poor. I would've bought it anyway to work on it myself, but the fact that they openly lied to be about the state of the vehicle is why I'm leaving this review. The biggest lie they told me, was about the sunroof. They told me the sunroof was too expensive to repair and it had been damaged, however the sunroof is actually on a safety recall, so it could be repaired completely for free.

Please do not visit them. You will feel ripped off the moment you enter the door. I am not sure how they are in business. Waste of time ...

Went to look at a car. Asked about a vehicle that had obviously been wrecked and could not get a clear answer. Owner approached me asked if I needed help. I said no. He said RUDE I said how come truth only your practice and told me to get the F out of his dealership. I did. WARNING do not go there.

I had a great experience with the workers they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this car lot. Bougbt a navigator from them ans i would recoomend this dealer

My experience with the team at Fidelity Ventures was great! Angel, the Gm, and Ramin, the owner were very attentive, helpful, and informative throughout my visit. Initially, I found a vehicle I was interested in online, but upon arrival, they informed me it had transmission issues, so they were not going to show it me. However, they quickly showed me other options and presented me with a deal I simply could not refuse or beat! After a day or 2 of contemplation and more research, I inquired about the car still being available and received a quick response. The close out process and paperwork was done as efficiently as possible, and I appreciate the way they do business. The years of experience and connections for quality used automobiles makes Fidelity Ventures worth considering. Great job!

My daughter and I test drove a vehicle on 5/15/2020. Our initial impression was that this is a reputable business. We were treated well and told what we considered was accurate information from the Carfax. I asked if we could take the car on 5/16/2020 to a mechanic. The rep said, yes, if we leave a refundable $200. I did not even consider it a down payment. My daughter gave him cash (bad mistake). When we returned the next day, we were told that the $200 was not refundable by the owner. I don't think his Sales Rep did not understand what the process is, or maybe we were lied to. My daughter is saving to buy her car so this was very discouraging to her. We buy all of our cars used. Don't judge this book by the cover. The facility looks clean, but their practices are dirty. They do not live up to their name, Fidelity (means faithful) Ventures.

The owner demanded we leave a deposit! Then he refused to return our money. We ended up calling the police. He is a grimy, shady character!!! Stay away! Stay Away!
