My experience at Motor Max was awesome.

My experience at Motor Max was awesome. Everybody there treated me very nice. I was in and out with my new vehicle quick and easy. Bailey was my salesman and he was great.

I spoke with salesman a few times about a 2021 Chevy

I spoke with salesman a few times about a 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500. Got credit pulled abdxlined up. I drove 3 hours to the dealership to get the car. First, it reeked of smoke and tires were bald. I was willing to overlook this, even though b they failed I tell me either of those before I made the trip. But when I looked under the truck, someone had cut out the trailer hitch and rear bumper support. Looks like they used either a Grinder or a torch and tried to paint the cut metal. I have never seen that before. The result a pure towing vehicle unable to tow and also illegal to drive with no bumper support. Obviously Motormax either: does no inspection of these vehicles, is inept at inspecting, or knew and failed to disclose. Colossal waste of my time. Avoid this place.

terrible reviews turned me away, immediately!!

I didn't even get to look at the car (Blue Mclaren) before I saw the MASSIVE 1-Star review. This is pathetic and sad Motor max. And from what I already know about Mclarens... I would not touch this one with a 100ft pole.

Drove 3 hours to view a vehicle with a couple others I

Drove 3 hours to view a vehicle with a couple others I wanted to look at in case the first vehicle had any hidden issues. Vehicle was in dire need of new tie rods and wheel bearings and honestly felt unsafe to drive however I was ready to make a deal as it was a vehicle I wanted and I was willing to put in the work to fix it. Dealer refused to budge on price saying he would rather it sit for another 2 months than to take anything off the price even though it clearly needed work. Still I was willing so I said let’s sit down and work out the paperwork. Salesperson stated we could fill out the loan application but I would have to come back to tomorrow to finish the paperwork. I explained again that I had to drive 3 hours each way and this was not acceptable. Dealer did not care. Clearly they could care less about selling a vehicle as they refused to stay the extra 30 minutes to close the deal. I went down the road to Speedway Ford and purchased my new vehicle there. No hassle, no up sell, no crazy add-on’s and was honestly the easiest time I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. They stayed open past closing time an extra hour to close the deal. Speedway Ford clearly cared about the customer whereas MotorMax basically was the exact opposite and represented everything I hate about dealers.

I had to drive 3 hours to get there.

I had to drive 3 hours to get there. The salesman Bailey promised me he would CALL if anything started working on the car but failed to do so!!!!! He did send me an email that stated he was trying to call me. When I got to the dealership he stated that he had called texted and emailed 3 times but never left a voicemail and I didn’t receive any of the texts either!!! This dealership maybe ok but I wouldn’t deal Bailey because he is a Liar!!!!

The quality of service from this company was extremely

The quality of service from this company was extremely poor. I bought a vehicle that was in terrible condition and required substantial repairs (but I was totally unaware because they bandaged it up). It has now been at the dealership for an extended period of time. Furthermore, I was charged for title work at the dealership, but the information submitted to my tag office did not reflect the payment I had made. As a result, I was forced to pay an additional fee. Despite reaching out to the company regarding this discrepancy and being informed by Melissa that a check would be mailed to me, I have yet to receive any compensation. It is disheartening to witness the prevalence of dishonest practices in the modern business landscape, and it is deeply problematic that businesses such as the one I am describing are allowed to exploit hard-working individuals. It is worth noting that I did not receive financing from this business; rather, I walked in with a pre-written check with the intention to purchase the desired vehicle. I was taken aback when it was suggested to me that dealerships such as this are typically intended for individuals with few other options. Prospective customers should exercise caution when considering engaging with this business

Sales Lady was Perfect.

Sales Lady was Perfect. Manager was less than 1 star. I have been in the automotive business since 1982 and I have seen it all. OBD 2 Inspection is required on any vehicle that is sold by a dealership. Selling a car to someone that lives in a non-inspection county because the SES light is on is a bunch of xxxxxxxx. Big Fine, Loss of Dealer license, possibly more if an audit is conducted. That being said I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. But I will enjoy the 2005 BMW 545i that I purchased 2 days ago with no SES light on, inspected and runs great. Like I told you earlier, Julia was topnotch 10STARS!!
