Just purchased a new Corolla hybrid April 2.

Just purchased a new Corolla hybrid April 2. The experience was excellent. Our salesperson, Channing Vonsteinner, was outgoing, friendly and knew her cars well. She helped us pick out just the right model and we got a generous trade-in discount for our old car. The new Corolla is a pleasure to drive. Many thanks.

I just purchased a car from Battlefield Toyota.

I just purchased a car from Battlefield Toyota. My first purchase in 23 years. Although buying a car is a bit different now, as a senior citizen my salesman, Wayne Moody explained everything to me and made the purchase a bit less complicated. The sales manager congratulated me on my purchase. I was even visited by the guy who washed my car, who was very friendly and respectful. The dealership was warm and inviting. If I had to pick the experience that wasn't so great - that would be the finance guy Paul. I heard about Emily and was disappointed not to meet her.

We recently purchased a car from Battlefield Toyota

We recently purchased a car from Battlefield Toyota Dealership. Our salesman, Wayne Moody, was great to deal with. He went through the inventory and found exactly what we wanted. We were able to take it for a test drive and purchase it the same day. We were there due to our car being totaled and in need of a new one. Wayne was sympathetic to our needs and supportive during this process. Emily Schuyler our finance person, was equally fantastic. Our family has purchased several cars from Battlefield Toyota and it has always been a good experience.

Automotive service is very slow, even when you make an

Automotive service is very slow, even when you make an appointment, waited 2 hours for a VA inspection, not good !! My time is as important as anyone’s and 2 hours is way too long to wait when you had an appointment!!!

We had a great experience with the dealership and our salesman Steve Loudermilk. He was super helpful with our purchase and went over all the different functions of the truck and also helped me with my truck which I purchased there several years ago. Highly recommend this dealership

Wanted to send out a warning for anyone looking to buy a

Wanted to send out a warning for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. DO NOT GO TO BATTLEFIELD TOYOTA!!!! We went on a test drive yesterday (and before anyone says it we know there are no holds at a dealership) but we then went home and discussed it overnight. I went online this morning before they opened and filled out all the paperwork through their "SmartPath" program, which states that you fill out all the info then the dealership calls and book a time for you to sign the final papers and pick up the car you just purchased. About an hour after everything was completed on my end I hear from the sales person we dealt with (who was absolutely amazing by the way) that someone was at the lot to look at that car and it was being sold out from under us because we weren't physically there. Then what is the point of the "SmartPath" program you might ask because I did. I was told it is a Toyota thing not a Battlefield thing so they basically don't honor it! Never have I ever gone through such a shady process and never will I deal with ANY Battlefield company at all ever again! Buying a car is a stressful process as is and they just made it so much worse. (I do want to again add that it is sad that the sales lady didn't get the commission from this sale from us because she was just awesome through everything yesterday and agreeing to come in today on her day off to meet us.)

😁Absolutely recommend! ***** Mike de Nobel & the team at B.T. were great! As a single female, purchasing a vehicle, let alone a truck, it tends to bring out the misogyny and games...not at B.T.! I could not be more happy with the way I was treated, the patience as I had to try out several trucks before deciding, and a more than fair deal on my trade ins, purchase price, and financing. Lots of helpful suggestions and guidance to match me with exactly what I was looking for in both a truck and price as well. So, if you are a single female looking for a vehicle, or anyone else for that matter, I highly recommend Battlefield!
