DO NOT BUY FROM AMS SALES! This place is an absolute scam. I bought a 2006 Mercedes E350 from them, and within HOURS, the check engine light came on. They sold me a lemon and have the NERVE to demand I pay them to fix it! This is the most dishonest and untrustworthy dealership I have ever dealt with. They clearly don’t care about their customers—just about ripping people off. Selling a car with obvious hidden issues and refusing to stand by their product is disgraceful. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY AWAY from this shady business. AMS Sales is the epitome of a crooked dealership.

I'm enjoying the Honda Ridgeline that I purchase from AMS. And the customer service is great and very professional. I am pleased so far... I am going to recommend them to friends and family.

Usually wary of small used car lots. I wanted a car with a manual transmission and looked on Craigslist. AMS showed up with a bunch of interesting cars so I took a look. Drove a 6 speed VW CC which I loved. I asked the salesman who worked on the cars when they came in. He took me to the back which holds a full service mechanics shop. I talked with a couple of the techs and found out the place is run by a bunch of motor heads. These guys know the cars and love talking shop. I bought the car at a very fair price. I had 2 issues with the car when I got it. An oil switch went on the first day. They towed the car in and made the repairs on their dime. After a few weeks the manifold intake valve started making noise. They were able to fix it at no charge. I will definitely continue to use these guys to work on the car and I would buy from them again. They know their stuff and will work with customers after the sale.

I just recently moved down south and was looking to purchase a small, but cute wagon. Saw a decent Mazda wagon on the AMS lot and it had fairly low miles. My partner and I asked Alex a series of questions about the quality of the vehicle, he sent me the Carfax and assured us all of his cars had passed NC inspection and were in good working order! Being completely new to the area we didn't know any mechanics to take the car to. We trusted the carfax and Alex and we paid in cash for the car. Bad idea. The car immediately began making noises and jerking as we drove it home. We brought it back immediately and the guys acted bewildered. They were shocked the car was behaving like it had engine problems! I asked to switch the car out AND pay more money for a safer car!! They agreed - of course! However, no other wagons were available. I saw a Passat with low miles, my partner and I once again requested the Carfax and asked a series of questions about the car. The salesmen once again ensured us the car had extra low miles and one owner and no issues! We gave them additional $1500 and drove the car off the lot. We didn't even get 10 minutes down the rode from AMS. We stopped at a gas station for fuel and the car turned off and then it wouldn't turn back on. The battery was dead. We waited two hours for AAA on a blazing hot day. The AAA mechanic told us either it's a bad battery or it's the alternator. We bought a new battery hopeful that it wasn't alternator. A day later it turned off again and we had it towed to the closest mechanic and sure enough, the alternator wasn't charging the battery. Paid for it to be fixed. Two days later the check engine light came on and my tags hadn't even came it yet! the car is a $4900 worth of corroded metal! I called back to AMS and they assumed no responsibility for defrauding us, but assured us that if I brought the car back to their mechanic, he could salvage it! I feel cheated and defrauded. It's just really unfortunate that this happened and you can't trust salesmen to just be honest.

This review is long overdue but purchased a used car (for my mom out of state) back in February 2018 from AMS Sales. The car truly sold itself, was fairly priced and the staff provided excellent customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to refer them and plan to return when in need of another vehicle.

After looking for the perfect bmw 335i for almost 2 months, i found a beaut at AMS sales and was able to take it home with me the same day thanks to great customer service and the honesty the salesmen had with me.

Honest sales and service, These guys are hard working and went the extra mile. Purchased a used Mini Cooper from them and I am very happy with the car and the service.

My son has had his eye on several cars and trucks on AMS's lot. After meeting the friendly staff and learning about their expertise, this is where will will go when we are ready to purchase our sons first car in a few months!
